Pet-friendly: On the way north, I was rejected by the B&B I was originally staying in because I brought a Labrador. I searched for a nearby resort on the highway and it was a pleasant surprise to stay at Guanshanying.
Beautiful environment: The room I chose was on the first floor with a courtyard. The courtyard is close to the outdoor swimming pool. Sitting in the courtyard, you can see the lake and mountains, which is very comfortable.
First-class service: It was 21:30 when I arrived at the hotel. The chef worked overtime to prepare dinner. The reception staff was professional and polite, and I felt at home.
Clean and sanitary, attentive service, and good breakfast. The stay experience was good, highly recommended, and I will definitely come again next time I have the chance.

The room is large, the loft layout, the tatami is on the top, there is a bed downstairs, there is a bathtub, and you can take a bath in the sun in the afternoon. The best choice for parent-child play, very close to various attractions in Maoshan, almost ten minutes drive. The proprietress is very beautiful and temperamental. The whole courtyard layout is very comfortable. There are cats and dogs, as well as ducks and chickens. There are fish in the water system. There is also a small football field swing. It is too comprehensive. The children strongly request to come next time. Breakfast is also very rich, it is made by the proprietress mother herself, a room is a family unit, the meal is large and OK, clean and hygienic, I heard that corn pumpkins are all grown by themselves, and the children eat very fragrant. All in all, it was a homestay that exceeded expectations during the 11th holiday. If it weren't for booking tickets from other places, I really wanted to play for another day!

The room is large and clean. The floor heating and air conditioning housekeeper will open it in advance, and the door is super warm.
Each room has a separate bathroom, the mattress is very soft, and the bedding is pure white and comfortable. The housekeeper helped to book the meal during the Chinese New Year, and also prepared eggs, noodles, dumplings, corn intimately, but he could cook by himself.
Fireworks can be set off nearby, next to Salt Lake City, everything is fine.

I have been to half a mountain many times before. This time I chose to stay in Yunyu when I traveled with my friends. The non-weekend trip is very pleasant. The sanitation of the homestay is great. I will come again if I have a chance.

A great homestay experience, the butler is very warm and caring and responsive. The environment of the homestay is very attentive, there are many collections, and it is quite artistic. The room is very clean, the toilet and the water faucet are Kohler, and the daily necessities are branded. As a black diamond member of Trip.com , this is the first time this has happened. I am a flash guarantee and can I run? Then I contacted several times from check-in to check-out to ask for WeChat. I didn't understand this logic. I couldn't invoice me without adding WeChat. Is the email and short messages a display? At night, there was no one in the restaurant. I finally came to a waiter and told us that the group purchase on the public comment could not be used because an appointment was needed. But the public comment clearly stated that ”no reservation is required”, and the waiter was dumbfounded after reading it. The homestay is very convenient for a few minutes drive from the Salt Lake City scenic spot! The room was clean and tidy, and it was central air-conditioned. You can see the pool outside the window! The bathroom is equipped with disposable bath towels and face towels, which are hygienic and do not have to bring their own. The side adjacent to the bathroom and the bed is glass, and there is a thin layer of white curtains, so the bathroom lights will be very bright in the room at night. Conveniently, stepping into the bathroom will automatically turn on the light, but I don't know where to turn off the automatic light. Breakfast with nutrition: white porridge and radish slices, hair cakes, fried dough sticks, boiled eggs, siu mai. The aunt who made breakfast was very good, and saw the child give more corn and eggs! GGuest UserThis trip chose the newly opened hotel, and it was really amazing by this hotel! As soon as I stepped into the lobby on the fourth floor, the staff in the front desk lobby were very enthusiastic. Miss Lisa smiled and checked in for me. At the same time, I asked the local area what good milk tea Yanyan was also very positive to recommend. Alban took the initiative to help send luggage to the room. Miss Zhang Heng enthusiastically helped. Also attracted by the elegant decoration environment, the decoration style is simple and elegant without losing style. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, equipped with Panasonic purifier and menu pillows. The gym on the fourth floor is also free to use during the stay. There is also self-service laundry! I will definitely choose this one next time I come to Changzhou!

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

We really liked that the hotel was not so crowed, and the owner could fulfill us every special requirement we had (explain sightseeing trips, provide ticket buying support, organize pick up service, order flowers, etc.). Compared with big hotels with thousands of people as a guest in this hotel you feel very valuable, they really try to take care of you so you can enjoy your stay.
The environment is very silent, when you wake up in the morning you can enjoy the silence, listen to the birds and enjoy the view at the lake.
Tho hotel is very close (only around 5km) to Nanshan Bamboo forest and also to the Yushui hotsprings, which makes it also very convenient.
We really appreciated the service in this hotel and would definitely come back in future.
We can recommend this hotel to 100%.

This is Zhuxi Valley, a quiet place hidden in a sea of bamboo, far away from the world, where you can lie down and watch the bamboo leaves dancing, listen to the wind singing, and watch the fog rising; here, there are warm, friendly, considerate, professional and meticulous staff, from the housekeeper to the room aunt, from the front desk lady to the restaurant lady, all of them bring warmth to people: the housekeeper is naturally a sunny and handsome boy, who is meticulous and thoughtful without being bothered. I have known him before, and he is also a basketball fan who likes McGrady like me. I am very happy to have someone to chat about basketball with; the room aunt is gentle and considerate, works seriously and efficiently, and will not tire of providing us with what we need; the restaurant waiter is a beautiful woman born the same year as me, who is meticulous, warm and friendly, and will provide timely help when needed, adding a sweet taste to the already delicious food.

GGuest UserIt’s a great place to stay. Nice lake view. Room is clean and quiet in general. The only flaw is the room temperature control which is way too warm in this autumn time. I was told by the manager that the aircon cannot be manipulated by the wall mounted controller in room and the room temperature is under centralized control, which stabilized around 25.5-26 degree. This is too warm for a decent sleep. I didn’t sleep well during the one week stay. I suggest the centralized aircon temperature to be around 23 degrees which will be much more wholesome for human body to sleep well under a comfy quilt.

CCody SoodeenUpon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately.
During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly.
The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine.
For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day).
In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!

AAnonymous UserRecommend this hotel. Don't underestimate the old hotel, the service is first-class, much better than many new hotels.
Hygiene: After staying for a few nights, I will do a good job of hygiene every day, change new towels, supplement toilet paper and toothbrushes.
Environment: Sleep quietly at night, pillows have different softness options. It is about ten minutes walk from the subway station and not far from the large shopping mall.
Service: I originally booked a triple room, but in maintenance, we changed a very good large suite, and a double standard room, no extra charge. Four bottles of mineral water will be added every day, and the service is very good.

AAnonymous UserUsually I stay in this hotel when I travel to Jintan on business and I liked it before. But this time it was really bad. I ordered twin beds, they gave us one bad. The slippers that are supposed to be new, one slipper was completely wet unfree I unpacked them. The room was cold. We lived 2 people in the room, but they have only 1 card per room. We are 2 adult people staying in one room and having things to do. How are we supposed to have 1 card per room? What kind of policy is that? What kind of joke? My friend was coming from business trip at 10 pm, I was coming back at 6, am I supposed to sit and wait for her for 4 hours? This is ridiculous. Also, I’m coming back late the next day, very tired, with heavy bags, and when I arrive in my room I find that my card doesn’t work so I have to go back to the reception and ask to renew the card which she refused. It is a disaster
