Amazing historic house, lots of well preserved original decoration pieces! You feel back in time or in a private museum! Rooms are clean and modern and location is in the historic district with lots of food options. Totally is worthy!

Quaint inn, conveniently located at the beginning of an ancient walking street. Close to Hongmei park and other attractions, this unique stay was well worth the (little) money we paid. The included breakfast was delicious in the noodle bar next door and the restaurants nearby were very good. The room size was enough and the shower was great. There were some noisy guests outside our window very late at night which woke us up, but this is not the hotel's fault. If you are an extremely light sleeper, maybe ask for a room away from the courtyard? The stay here was fantastic and excellent value for money. If we go to this city again we would definitely consider staying here a second time.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! It has the most amazing location on Qingguo Alley, and simply walking through the hotel to your room is an experience in itself. The hotel is beautifully decorated in the traditional Chinese style, and the rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Changzhou. Staff were really helpful and made check-in so simple. Also, staff were very proactive so that our stay would be as smooth and comfortable as possible.

First of all, this hotel itself is a unique building. Formerly a celebrity's former residence, it boasts a tranquil and quaint atmosphere, creating a truly enjoyable stay. The staff were also excellent. Upon check-in, the owner gave my son a stuffed football, which delighted him greatly. When he returned from his evening out, he was even given a glass of freshly squeezed watermelon juice, making us feel right at home. Finally, let's talk about their breakfast. Their silver thread noodles were incredibly authentic, truly living up to their name. (Songjiantang Noodle House) Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely be back again when I visit Changzhou.

I booked a room for my family's elders. The front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room when they saw the elderly. The hotel is also a different scene, relatively quiet, and I had a good rest that night!

Living in this ancient building with three courtyards is definitely a plus point for this trip to Changzhou. Advantages: 1. Located in Qingguo Lane, it is quiet in the bustling city. 2. Sit in the yard, feel the breeze, look at the ancient buildings and old objects, and feel the rich family in the past. 3. The air conditioning and water temperature in the room are OK, and the quilt is a thin quilt. Disadvantages: 1. It is a little far from the subway station, a ten-minute walk, and not at the subway entrance. 2. Every time you leave or come back, you have to pass the most crowded section of Qingguo Lane.

The B&B in Qingguo Lane has a good environment and the room is very clean. Because we had to queue up for meals during the May Day holiday, we packed dinner and had dinner in the back garden. The owner was very attentive and lit mosquito coils. He also gave the children a small gift when we checked out.
