Chateaubriand hôtel location is quite perfect at 5 minutes walk from Champs Élysée, and metro line 1 George V, 10 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe. Quite hotel in a little street. Staff are very helpful. French breakfast from 7am. Air conditioning during summer is a plus. Recommended for tourists in Paris.

Perfect location just one block from Champs Elysees. Tons of restaurants and shops just steps away. Lovely staff. All of them are super friendly and helpful. The room is classic and beautiful. The wifi drops a lot and I'd suggest a shower curtain so that guests don't get water on the floor. But overall, a lovely hotel.

We arrived in this beautiful hotel from an outside point of view 2 steps from the Champs Elysee but very quickly disappointed by the room and the service. We are given an "upgraded" room Behind the reception, door handle broken, bathtub with a big leak that unfounded our room, it was up to us to plug in the TV and ignore the constant noise of arrivals and departures. We were moved to a smaller but more cozy room. The window was broken (cold at night), hole in the curtains... The welcome was great from the first person but then we were received by the manager and there... my gods Mrs. changed jobs! No explanation on the functioning of the hotel, the time of breakfast or even the place of this one... No information on the 100th requested on arrival in addition to hotel prices! We won't be back!

The room is super small, there is no fixed shelf in the shower, and you need to hold the shower head with your hands to take a shower. There is a sloped wall above the toilet. The whole person is very uncomfortable, and the perfume smells faint when you enter the room. The service attitude is very poor. When we asked him if he could check out later, the hotel readily agreed, but when we left, he said that he would charge a late fee, and some fellow tenants brought a service dog and were overcharged. Not recommended

Didn't like this hotel.

I used room 303. The bathroom was clean with no mold. The water pressure was good and the hot water came out right away. I thought that European hotels were all narrow except for the really expensive ones, so I upgraded to one other than the smallest room, and it was perfect for two people! It was convenient because you can check out, leave your luggage, and print out. The only amenities in the room were shampoo, conditioner and body wash, but I didn't pay much attention to it. There was no problem with the bedding, and the bathroom was not cramped and it was clean.
