房間衞生阿姨馬虎打掃，一進門地上就有頭髮，被子掀開還有毛，最可怕的那個要人命的電梯，住兩天停電兩次，第一次還有人員被困，還連夜送120，慶幸這次是沒有出人命，老闆的處理態度還算好，所以不深究，不敢去了，希望老闆把電梯的毛病整頓好 ，

設施部分智能化，衞生條件好，窗户採光也不錯，有小冰箱，小度，投影儀，最值得誇的：電吹風是徠芬的，就這一點就可以吊打 90% 的酒店。有一個小瑕疵：窗簾僅遮光布這一層採用了電子、語音遙控，紗簾要手動，而且紗簾只有半扇窗户大，而且設計的衹能拉到遮蓋一半窗户（拉到窗户中間），有點理解不了這個設計。因為我看其他酒店窗簾遮光布和紗簾兩層一樣大小，分別獨立遙控開關。比如我白天不想開室內燈，想單獨拉紗簾，這設計就滿足不了。11 號和 14 號前台服務好，業務熟，態度熱情。

中規中矩還行吧，外面有動靜房間能聽見，房間隔音稍差，但是能接受，投影大大的感覺不錯，適合用來看電影。

房間不錯，去東寶廣場停車免費也方便，早上要走，得叫前台取免費停車碼。。前台態度好點。入住後感覺很好!!房間很整潔，值得推薦!

親子房還是比較大的 有一床是榻榻米形式的 綜合來説性價比還可以 不過不是很明白為什麼洗手間沒有抽風機 老闆態度很好 在二樓有洗衣機都可以使用
