Great pools! Nice view! If you have kids and wish a nice place for them to play this is probably ok. When that is said we were very disappointed. Air conditioning at room was working but apparently quite old so room was super warm despite letting air conditioning on for hours and all night. Check in took a long time for no obvious reason. Restaurant forgot our order so we waited more than an hour for dinner. Breakfast was fine. Worst was that they charged 70% on top of exchange rate compared to official daily rate. When I complained they first said I was wrong but when I showed XE.com actual rates they did accept to charge actual visa exchange rates. But not one single “lo siento hemos hecho un error - disculpe”. No reception looked like this was really annoying and troublesome to correct. When they clearly make (maybe deliberate) financial errors of large magnitude the least you would expect was a “we are sorry”…

Hermoso lugar para disfrutar y descansar en familia. Mi hijo disfruto muchisimo la pileta para niños. Si hay que recomendar algo es que no se pierdan la parrilla. Delicioso!!! La habitación fue un 10 en cada detalle, al igual que la buena predisposición de todo el personal del hotel. La vista del atardecer es hermosa!!!!

La habitación muy cómoda y de fácil acceso, desayuno abundante. Las piletas estaban limpias y había reposeras para todos los huespedes. No disfrutamos el spa por eso no podemos dar nuestra opinión al respecto. Lo único que podría mejorar es el gym y sus accesorios (mancuernas, pesas y bici)

Preis/Leistung stimmt hier leider bei weitem nicht. Frühstücksbuffet ist eintönig. Keine Eierspeisen, nur eine Konfitüre-Sorte , Toastbrot in 2 Versionen und Kaffe aus der Kanne. Apfel , Banane sind ja okay. Aber Immer gleiche dünne Käsescheibe und York Schinken. Naja , man hat nicht wirklich Freude am Morgen. Tee hat es 3 Sorten und süsses Gebäck welches keinen frischen Eindruck macht. Gebäude / Zimmer sind in verbrauchtem Zustand ind haben Wartung nötig. Duschkopf verkalkt / Wasserhahn kaum zu drehen und Blende fällt ab. WC Spülung funktioniert nicht korrekt und man muss den Deckel heben damit das Wasser auch mal stoppt. WLan im Zimmer unterbricht immer wieder und die Verbindung ist zudem ungenügend. Am Schreibtisch hat es keine Stromdose frei für einen Laptop usw. Insgesamt war ich leider nicht wirklich glücklich und zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Aus meiner Sicht fehlt es am nötigen Unterhalt und das Hôtel benötigt generell eine Renovation.

El espacion invita a pasar un grato momento, disfrutando de la naturaleza, la comodidad, la atencion agradable de cada persona desde que llegamos, cordiales y agradables. El menu del restaurant y la atencion, excelentes con esa vista a la laguna magica. Tambien es hermosa la pileta con el paisaje. Fue un viaje de hermanos y los tres tomamos unos masajes divinos, en particula mi masajista fue Angela ,me hizo masajes con piedras calientes y cuencos, la super recomiendo . Gracias Regina

El desayuno es bueno, las habitaciones cómodas, los espacios en común limpios. Buen trato del personal. Lo mejor son las piletas con vista a la laguna. Quizás se podrían mejorar los juegos de plaza para niños (son de madera y uno de los toboganes estaba deteriorado)

Le hice regalo a mi esposo por su cumpleaños y fue total la decepcion, el hotel le falta mantenimiento, las habitciones sucias y con el mobiiario roto u oxidado, las toallas todas percudidas y deshilachadas. la cortina de baño toda manchada . La pileta el agua esta sucia. El personal super amoroso, auqneu falta personal tanoto en la recepcion como en la pileta. no puede ser que al irte tengas que ir con las toalllas mojadas de la pileta para devolverlas en la recepcion! el personal de la recepcion no da a basto, en temorada habria que sumar gente. El desayuno es bueno, y la comida en el restaurant es sublime en el 1775, excelente. vuelvo a decir los chicos del area restaurant son super amables y se deviven pr todo. Pero mi experiencia fue horrible
