Hotel room was very big with wet and dry toilets separated. However not sure why the Aircon/heater was centralised. The weather was quite hot in the day we stayed and the room temperature went up to 28 degrees Celsius after turning on the "Aircon". We couldn't do anything but just open the small window to let natural air in. Other than that, everything seems good.

Best hotel of the city. Located in a very convenient area of the city and with great service. Big thank you to 赵丽伟 for her help and suggestions of places to visit! The staff doesn't speak English but it is still easy to communicate through WeChat translation feature.
The room is large, clean and includes everything you will need. If I come back to Chengde I will stay at this hotel again.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and the location is excellent. Warm welcome when check-in and check-out. The breakfast got many Varity. Hotel provided dessert everyday is a plus. i will come back again when i travel to Chengde. Thanks a lot for your caring.

The front office staff were excellent. Extremely helpful and caring. Great location and the hotel restaurant is also very authentic looking. Overall, very happy with my stay.

Hotel is very centrally located near to commercial area so lots of food options. Hotel staff is very helpful. Hotel is just 15 minutes walk to countty resort scenic area and short ride to the outer temples. The room is very spacious. Our room faces the road and in the daytime it is noisy with traffic and from various announcements and music from shops along the street. But at night it is very quiet. Breakfast buffet spread is good but mainly Chinese food. Will recommend this hotel just be aware of the noise in daytime.

Good location, clean hotel, nice breakfast.
The hotel even deliver dessert to the room after dinner time.
I have parcel not able to reach the hotel and the receptionist, 赵丽伟and her colleagues were helping me to contact the delivery man to make sure my parcel can arrive hotel on time. Really appreciate their help on this matter.
Overall, it is recommended to stay in this hotel in Chengde.

Perfect location in a walking distance to Chengde Mountain Resort and surrounded by many restaurants, shops and night market. All Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Mr. Xiao Long (小龙）helped me a lot and recommended many good sightseeing places and restaurants. Room is very spacious and clean with good facilities. Highly recommended!
