Excellent stay and the staff tried their best to accommodate English speaking tourist.

The hotel environment is pretty good and the room was comfortable. A big thank you to our butler, Gina, who contacted me in advance to arrange the room. The hotel facilities are excellent and very clean. With Chinese New Year approaching, the festive atmosphere in the lobby was also very strong. A great experience!

The service was terrible. The concierge staff were unprofessional and seemed to be standing at the door doing nothing. Why didn't they open the car door for passengers? The room was okay, though, as it had an extra air purifier.

It is close to the financial city and only takes 5 minutes to get to Chengdu South by taxi. The transportation is very convenient. The facilities are average and the overall stay experience is average. The overall price is not as good as the Renaissance and Kempinski hotels I stayed in before.
