Hello Hotel (Chengdu Taikoo Li Chunxi Road)

I woke up early in the morning and found a cockroach lying on the ground. I immediately felt hairs on my hair. Yesterday, the box was spread out. I don’t know if it was crawled by the cockroach. I looked at the hotel’s disinfection records. Sometimes the disinfection only involves the lobby and kitchen. , sometimes all areas, sometimes once a month, sometimes two or three times a month. Okay, I'll just take it as a matter of probability. When I came back in the evening, the cleaning lady who was responsible for cleaning placed the garbage in the plastic bag of the bathroom on the basin in the bathroom. It was really disgusting. The TV in the room also kept showing that there was a problem with the network connection. I was too embarrassed to talk to the hotel staff. I was afraid that others would think I was too busy and that I was deliberately looking for trouble. This is really the worst hotel experience in so many years. I hope you won’t encounter the same “probability problem” as me.

I chose many hotels when I came to Chengdu, and finally chose this one. The room is very clean, consistent with the pictures, the front desk staff is very good, it is very convenient to go everywhere, and it takes only 10 minutes to walk to Taikoo Li. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Chengdu

The front desk service was thoughtful, the check-in was fast, and they took the initiative to help me change to a larger room (when there were extra rooms available). The waiter's attitude was good and enthusiastic. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation, about 16 minutes away from Chunxi Road. The hotel is quite confident that the drinking cups and sippy cups are all disposable paper cups, and the paper cups are sealed one by one in plastic bags.

The stay was very comfortable. The room was large, there was no odor, the sheets and quilt covers were very clean, and the ladies at the front desk were very warm-hearted and helped us solve many problems ❤️❤️

I found a laundry room on the fourth floor on the second day of my stay. I don't know if it is self-service laundry or the hotel helps with the laundry. I will ask next time when I go through the formalities. The location of the hotel is good. There are Line 1 and Line 2 around, there are shared bicycles, and it is convenient to eat. I will choose to stay again.

The sanitation and service are OK, but the hotel facilities are not OK. The toilet is easy to get clogged and the sound insulation is poor. Fortunately, earplugs were provided, otherwise I couldn't sleep. There is a seafood market under the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Taikoo Li. The hotel is not expensive.
