"Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, this is the 3rd room type I booked. I loved the smart toilet. Room is really spacious and clean. I could open up my large and medium luggages in the room through my stay, and still have space to walk about. There is a foot bath in the room, but we did not have time to enjoy at all. Bath is hot enough for the cold weather, and water pressure is strong. The pillows were firm, and comfortable. The only thing we did not like was the steps in the room. But they did have warning signs about them. The front desk lady -Xiao Pan is very helpful and friendly. We can communicate with her on wechat constantly, and she would give updates."

"This stay far exceeded my expectations and was definitely the most pleasant surprise of my trip! The hotel's service was truly exemplary. The front desk staff smiled and processed our check-in quickly, making the whole process efficient and welcoming. Any requests we had during our stay were promptly addressed after a quick phone call. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Whether for a business trip or a vacation, this is an excellent choice. I've already added it to my favorites and will definitely stay here again next time!"

"I originally booked a standard room without a window, but the front desk upgraded me to a suite for free. The hygiene was excellent, and there are plenty of food and drink options downstairs. It's also very close to Chunxi Road. I highly recommend it to everyone! The room and bathroom were both very spacious, with a great wet/dry separation."

"This hotel has a classic, elegant style. I was transferring at Shuangliu Airport, and it was very convenient to take Line 10 to the hotel; it's right outside the subway exit. Across the street, there are several old hot pot restaurants and many local snacks like Laoma Tihua, Dandan Noodles, and Chuan Chuan Xiang. While it's close to tourist spots like Wuhou Temple, Jinli, and Kuanzhai Alley, it might not be as vibrant in some aspects as Yulin Street, but overall, it's still good. Chengdu's food never disappoints in flavor, though prices might be a bit higher – a Laoma Tihua for 40 yuan, for example, is something to consider. The hotel rooms are relatively small, but I absolutely loved the antique-style solid wood furnishings. The facilities are very complete, especially the canopy bed – it felt really special to sleep in. There's even a note by the bed stating it's worth millions, quite impressive! The bedding was also good. The only issue is its proximity to the subway; the subway practically runs directly beneath the hotel, so you can hear some noise. However, the subway stops at night, so it didn't affect my sleep."

"I'll like to mention that the hotel is very clean. Came during the winter and the heater was working perfectly. Location wise it is about 800 to the nearest train station but you can consider just taking a cab(didi) or bicycle. There is even a cute cat outside the hotel (does not belong to the hotel). Reception responded quickly via wechat. Had a really good sleep in the hotel. Recommend."

"I had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel Chengdu. What really stood out was the excellent service and attention to detail from the hotel staff. Every day, the housekeeping team kindly provided complimentary coffee, which was a very thoughtful and pleasant touch. The daily laundry service was also extremely convenient and well handled, making my stay even more comfortable. I also truly appreciated the early check-in. I arrived very early in the morning at around 9 AM due to my flight schedule, and the hotel was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for me, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Overall, the service was warm, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend Louis Hotel Chengdu and would be happy to stay here again."

GGuest UserWe traveled as a group of three and chose the two-story bedroom. The location was very convenient — from Chengdu, we got off at Lidui Park Station, which is connected to the famous Bear Selfie spot. As soon as you exit the station, you’ll see the building shown in the photo, and the accommodation is on the 2nd floor of that building. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. The only small downside is that there is no elevator, so we had to walk up to the room. However, the staff kindly helped us carry our luggage, which we really appreciated. Upon check-out, we also received a small souvenir from the accommodation. If we have the chance to return, we would definitely stay here again. The surrounding area is very convenient as well, with restaurants, clothing shops, and convenience stores all nearby.

It was also super convenient that they have a robot deliver food to your room. The location is great too, very close to the subway, making it easy to get anywhere.

__WeChat290251****Thanks to Shirley for the room upgrade! This is our second time staying at the Sofitel Haichuanwan Hot Spring Hotel. The hot springs are genuinely natural, and I was surprised to find such a great spot located in Jintang County. The hardware facilities are excellent, and there's parking right at the entrance, which is very convenient. Even though it wasn't crowded on a weekday, the breakfast spread was very generous. There were so many toppings for the rice noodles and regular noodles, including pork liver, beef, diced rabbit, and ginger duck for the meat options. There was also a wide selection of iced coffee, other cold drinks, and fruit and vegetable juices. The staff were all very attentive and polite – truly a five-star hotel experience. The overall hotel environment is beautiful; taking a walk around the grounds is an absolute pleasure.

The staff are all incredibly friendly and, impressively, they all speak English. Daily breakfast and coffee are included, and staying for two days was absolutely wonderful. I would genuinely stay here every day if I weren't so short on cash and out of loyalty points! 😭 The courtyard is incredibly comfortable for relaxing, and even a sudden evening rain made for a cozy atmosphere. Wenshu Monastery is also just a short walk away, which is super convenient!

郭郭双双Room is pretty small with no window is not recommended because the period I visited cannot turn on the air conditioner so it’s very uncomfortable. If possible I suggest to request for the corner room so it is a little bigger. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful. Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us. The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
