I travel a lot for work, so I know good hospitality when I see it—and this place exceeded every expectation. The location, the cleanliness, the food—all fantastic. But the real MVP of our stay was Adam, the manager. We had an early flight and arrived exhausted at 9 AM, way before check-in. Adam personally fast-tracked our room, arranged for early breakfast, and even sent up a welcome platter with a handwritten note. He checked in with us daily to make sure everything was perfect, but never in a pushy way—just genuine, warm service. The little touches stood out: · Turndown service with chocolates · Personalized restaurant recommendations (he booked us a table at a hidden gem) · A seamless checkout with zero surprises on the bill Adam runs this hotel like a five-star cruise ship—smooth, attentive, and always one step ahead. If you're on the fence, book it. You won't regret it.

I didn't have much of a detailed plan for my short trip to Chengdu this time; I randomly booked this hotel, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. It was raining lightly on the day I arrived, and I got a bit wet dragging my luggage. As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, I immediately felt a sense of warmth. The front desk staff noticed me and proactively offered tissues. The check-in process was relaxed and unhurried; they didn't just rush through the procedures and even kindly reminded me to be careful of slippery surfaces due to the rain. The first impression when I entered the room was how fresh and clean it was, with no stuffy odors. The layout was simple and comfortable. The bedding was neat and soft, and the lighting was gentle and not harsh. After a long journey, coming back to the room allowed me to completely relax. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with all the corners well-maintained. The water flow was smooth, and the overall bathroom experience was excellent. The hotel's soundproofing was good; it was very quiet at night, and I had a peaceful and solid night's sleep. At one point, when I went out, I accidentally left my umbrella near the elevator. I thought it would be difficult to get back, but I decided to contact the front desk just in case. The staff quickly helped me check the surveillance footage and successfully retrieved my item. This small incident particularly warmed my heart. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, but what was most remarkable was the genuine service. It wasn't just a rigid formality but sincere and thoughtful care from the heart. It's suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

The location is superb, within walking distance to Kuanzhai Alley and People's Park. The subway entrance is just 300 meters from the hotel, and Xi'an South Road, a street filled with Sichuan restaurants and hotpot places, is within 100 meters. The environment and facilities are top-notch; it's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city with its own little haven, and parking is convenient. The staff are enthusiastic and responsive, the room facilities are smart, and the hygiene is impeccable. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and afternoon tea is complimentary. Highly recommended!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to Kuanzhai Alley, and there are tons of great food options like串串 (chuanchuan) and hotpot right behind it. Plus, there's a convenience store nearby. All in all, it's a very convenient place to stay! However, the cleanliness on the first day wasn't great, but after we talked to them, it was very clean from the second day onwards. Overall, it's still pretty good, and I'd choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids. The two rooms are spacious enough, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel's robot delivery service for takeout is also fantastic! Sometimes ordering takeout to the hotel is even cheaper than buying it myself from the store, and the robot delivers it right to your room door, which is great!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic design. I love the color scheme and all the decorative details – it feels very stylish and modern. Lucky, the welcoming dog, is also adorable! The room is spacious with a great view, and the small appliances are high-end. There are also many thoughtful functional details. The breakfast restaurant is large with a rich variety of options, and the service is excellent. Downstairs, there's a mall and a subway station, which was perfect for traveling with kids; they absolutely loved it. For a hotel of this caliber, the price offers great value for money.

My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu, Chunxi Road was pretty good overall. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li commercial district. You can step out and be shopping and dining in just a few steps, and it's very close to the subway station, making it convenient to get to various attractions. As for facilities, the room layout is well-designed, the bedding is comfortable, and the night view from the higher floors is lovely. Despite being in a bustling area, the soundproofing is decent, so I wasn't disturbed at night. The service was good; the front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in, and they patiently answered any questions I had. The cleanliness was impressive, and the toiletries were of good quality, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. All in all, it offers good value for money, and I'd consider staying here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

This hotel is excellent – clean, spacious rooms, and they provide four bottles of water daily. The location is superb, right next to Tianfu Square and the Chengdu Museum, which was perfect for rainy days. It's also close to People's Park and Chunxi Road. Despite the many tourists, the staff were incredibly dedicated and patient. The braised duck at breakfast was delicious, and the noodles with bamboo shoots and beef brisket topping were a treat. My wonderful experience in Chengdu started right here. See you again!

The location is absolutely perfect, really close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. I booked two room types in total: a twin standard room and a family room. Perhaps due to the prime location, the twin room wasn't huge, but the family room was quite spacious and even had a small play area for kids. The breakfast spread was also very diverse. Plus, there are so many delicious snacks around Chunxi Road! I'd definitely choose this place again next time, highly recommended!

This hotel is easy to find, and its location is very convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around by taxi. The lobby is bright, and the staff are very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and it even had a washing machine and a refrigerator. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it. It would be even better if the bathroom had a door. It's not too far from attractions like Wenshu Monastery and Du Fu Thatched Cottage. However, the hotel is quite a distance from the nearest subway station.
