The hot water flowed smoothly. The bed quality was excellent, and lying down on it immediately relieved the travel fatigue. The room insulation was good; I could barely hear any noise from the hallway or outside. The lobby environment was simple yet grand, and very clean. The front desk staff were efficient in processing check-ins, and they were polite and professional. The hotel's location is very convenient for transportation, with easy access to taxis and public transport. Everything went smoothly during my stay, and I encountered no issues. Whether traveling alone or with companions, the experience was great and definitely deserves a five-star rating.

The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with all the corners well-maintained. The water flow was smooth, and the overall bathroom experience was excellent. The hotel's soundproofing was good; it was very quiet at night, and I had a peaceful and solid night's sleep. At one point, when I went out, I accidentally left my umbrella near the elevator. I thought it would be difficult to get back, but I decided to contact the front desk just in case. The staff quickly helped me check the surveillance footage and successfully retrieved my item. This small incident particularly warmed my heart. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, but what was most remarkable was the genuine service. It wasn't just a rigid formality but sincere and thoughtful care from the heart. It's suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

The courtyard's flowing water and guzheng music offer an immersive experience of Chengdu's slow pace of life. Kuanzhai Alley is just a few steps away, perfect for both sightseeing and dining. The room is clean and comfortable, and the smart room features provide an excellent experience. The service is attentive and heartwarming. If you're visiting Chengdu and looking for quiet yet convenient accommodation, this hotel is an excellent choice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to Kuanzhai Alley, and there are tons of great food options like串串 (chuanchuan) and hotpot right behind it. Plus, there's a convenience store nearby. All in all, it's a very convenient place to stay! However, the cleanliness on the first day wasn't great, but after we talked to them, it was very clean from the second day onwards. Overall, it's still pretty good, and I'd choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

The hotel is perfectly located, with everything within walking distance: the main pedestrian street, the famous bridge, and the metro. It has all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine, iron, microwave, and cutlery. The only downside was that my son and I developed allergic rhinitis, possibly due to the air conditioning or mold in the shower. The room cleaning was also mediocre.

Downstairs, there's a mall and a subway station, which was perfect for traveling with kids; they absolutely loved it. For a hotel of this caliber, the price offers great value for money.

I stayed here for one night and checked out today. The room facilities are pretty good, very clean, and the environment is also great. The hotel is right next to Chunxi Road, so it's super convenient for shopping and dining. There are many night markets nearby, and no matter which direction you go, you'll find plenty of delicious food spots. The lobby on the first floor has a particularly pleasant fragrance, and as soon as you walk in, you'll see four robots, lining up at night to deliver takeaways. My reservation even came with a craft beer, which was nice for a nightcap – though it was just one, it was super big, enough to share with a friend. There's a pool table on the first floor and a laundry room on the 28th floor, which is very convenient for travelers to wash clothes, and you can even dry them and take them with you the same day. The hotel provides free laundry detergent, so you don't need to spend money. The mini-fridge in the room also has drinks, with four free bottles. There's a Bluetooth speaker next to the bedside table for playing music. I really have to praise the mattress – it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, not too soft, not too hard, with great support. The pillows are also very soft, just how I like them, though we also requested a latex pillow, which was also very good. I slept very soundly. There isn't much of a view during the day, but the night view is beautiful. The room size is also decent; it's a bit smaller compared to some hotels I've stayed in before, but most hotels in the city center have similar sizes, and larger rooms usually cost more. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM on the 45th floor. It would be even better if it started a bit earlier, like 6:30 AM, so we could eat earlier if we're in a hurry to go to the Panda Base. The breakfast selection is alright, pretty standard – not amazing but enough to eat and fill you up. The hotel's overall decor style is very unique, and the restaurant decor has a great vibe. The room lighting isn't super bright, but I personally found it quite nice. The lobby on the first floor also has a very high-end feel, which is to be expected since it's a newly opened hotel. The price of over 600 RMB for a city center location is quite fair.

The hotel also offers a free laundry service, with plenty of washing machines and dryers, so there's rarely a need to wait – very convenient for travelers. Additionally, the hotel provides a parcel receiving service, and the front desk even thoughtfully offers tea. Overall, the service, environment, facilities, and convenience were all very satisfying. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip and would recommend it to friends!

There's a subway station right under the square, and People's Park, the museum, and the Chunxi Road panda climbing wall (a popular photo spot) are all within easy reach. While the hotel facilities are a bit older, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area with both a bathtub and a shower, and it's very clean. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily during our stay. The breakfast spread is fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room. I would definitely stay here again!
