Clean and cozy hotel located next to the metro station. They updated the room for us which has a nicer city view. And we have made another booking for our last night in Chengdu. Definitely recommend it! Thanks

Hospitality by the staff was great.
Location of the hotel is fantastic, 5 mins walk to 牛市口metro, many street food below the hotel, 24 hour convenience store directly below as well, making everything convenient.
Room is very cozy, comfortable and clean.
Overall really satisfied and would definitely come back again.

Weilan Hot Spring Experience:
The room is next to the laundry room. I was constantly woken up by the sound of the dryer and washing machine at night. The room was poorly soundproofed, and the refrigerator in the room kept making a hissing sound. The experience was very poor. The ceiling was not closed, and there was always a flashing indicator light inside.
The service staff had a good attitude when checking out, but it was an apology afterwards, and they gave me a panda doll.

The hotel room is quite big and the location is good. It's not far from the subway station and there are many restaurants nearby. The only thing is that the hotel is new and the smell is a bit strong. I used aromatherapy to remove the smell but it was still there. The most speechless thing about the facilities is that there is no place to put clothes in the bathroom. This is a parent-child room, which is very awkward. And they said it was a hot spring experience but they didn't remind me where to experience it.
