Very cool place to stay in Chiang Mai. It’s located near the amazing Art Village, which is filled with many handmade stores, souvenirs, and local businesses, as well as charming tea and coffee shops and restaurants. The lobby staff is always smiling, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The place is very clean, with good housekeeping keeping the building spotless. Internet is provided by the hotel via daily cards. While the data speed could be better, we didn’t face any issues since we always use our travel eSIMs. As developers working on our metaverse project, we require a perfect internet connection, so having travel eSIMs is essential for us. This is a nice place to stay, whether short or long term. The building is secure and closed at night for safety. Thank you, and best of luck to the owners with their business!

A good place with fare price. The location is also good enough.

I had a wonderful stay at The Passion Hotel. The staff is so kind and go out if their way to be accommodating. Clean, very sweetly decorated rooms with plenty of light. Location is wonderful within walking distance to hiking, restaurants and nightlife while being surrounded by nature. I plan to come again!

This hotel is no elevator but staff will help us lift luggage. We stay second floor. Room is pretty clean and has hair dryer. Price quite valuable.

Nice, clean hotel that is located near Wat Ram Monastery and some really cool cafes, shops and arts and crafts activities.

Hotel is in a great location with many coffee shops, eateries, stores and places to visit. The room is clean and pretty spacious. However, there were some ants in the bathroom but that wasn't such a big deal to me. The hotel staff is friendly but there is no additional room cleaning or changing of towels. But I am sure it can be requested as I asked for toilet paper and they happily provided. All in all, it's a really great location as I walked to the coffee shop in the morning and there is an ATM nearby as well as places to see (meditation temple, craft/food, stores).

Good hotel.

Good location, near Chiang Mai University. Easy to find food, has parking, near cafe and house next to temple, can walk, convenient. Only one pity is that the room I got had a water heater that wasn't very good.

The passion Hotel is a five-minute walk from Baan kang wat market. The room is large and spacious with a small balcony; very convenient.

There is a food area within a ten-minute walk of the hotel; bars, restaurants, juice stalls, barbecue restaurants and the locals’ delicious crispy pork chop rice and spicy and sour pork rib soup, although there is no 7-11. But there are stores specializing in mineral water and beer.

Overall, it's okay, but parking is a bit difficult because there are a lot of cars.

The room is clean and tidy. If you are a light sleeper, try to choose a side that is not facing the street.
