The room cleaning wasn’t very good, and sometimes they didn’t change the linens every time. When I needed to borrow an umbrella during the rainy season, they would always ask for my room number and follow up about the umbrella after I returned from outside. I’ve never experienced this at any other hotel—this is the first time.

The room is very clean. The breakfast is amazing with variety of choice and great service. Free parking just in front of hotel. A piece of birthday cake for my daughter. Thanks.

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful whenever we needed it. We stayed in a deluxe king room. It was very clean and quiet. There were many different types of restaurants, shops, and One Nimman, which had lots of food and shopping options as well; all within walking distance. The neighbourhood around the hotel felt less hectic than the Old City but depends on what you’re looking for.

Nice location and hotel. Staff were also very friendly and approachable. The breakfast menu was decent as well and we enjoyed our stay very much!
