The room is spacious and has complete appliances. There is a balcony but can't dry clothes much, quiet, peaceful, suitable for relaxing. In the picture is a recommended place to go for a walk at night.

I love this hotel! So quiet and comfortable! The service staff is very friendly. I will come again next time. It is not far from Waluoluo Market and close to the riverside. It is very atmospheric at night🌃

I strongly recommend that friends from China not stay in this hotel. The air conditioning is very poor, there are a lot of mosquitoes, the bed is extremely noisy, and the stairs are extremely high. When you enter, you have to slip on your shoes when you go upstairs. Every step on the stairs has iron buckles that almost make your feet bleed. . The wooden structure of this building is like a sauna, so hot that people want to jump off the building.

It's a lovely place to stay. Near transportation sources, food sources, near Kad Warorot, easy walking distance to Wat Ket area, clean, spacious room affordable price

The rooms are clean, beautiful, and the staff are lovely and friendly. Recommend various places and restaurants in the area. Will definitely go back to use the service again.

It's a small boutique hotel. I really like it. It's quiet. Next time you come to Chiang Mai, come stay for another week.

There’s no English tv stations in the whole place not sure who stays there but no one that speaks English I guess

Very friendly staff, accommodating, very helpful assisting with the sight seeing tours and explanation around local activities

My husband and I spent 6 nights in this hotel and we really loved the cozy feel and welcoming staff. The women at the front desk marked off all of the close by restaurants and attractions on a map for us and were very helpful in booking a tour of the national park. Our room was clean and relatively spacious and very comfortable. The only downside was that the hotel felt a little bit far away from lots of the things we wanted to do and see.

lovely, quiet, cosy hostel. we agreed it was best place we stayed so far! the staff are so helpful and friendly and willing to help any way they can. the rooms (we stayed in 8 & 12) are spacious, beds comfortable, good shower and air con! downstairs is a lovely area to relax too. the wifi did not work for me on my phone in our room but my fiancé had no issues. would stay again, thank you rustic river team for an enjoyable stay and knowing we would have a wonderful place to sleep at night! 🥰 Laura & Aaron

Super Nice and friendly staff, that always would be there with a Helping hand. Only little tiny downside was that the aircon didnt function properly, so the room was Got very hot (even though we are in february). The hotel is around 15 min walk from east gate, so not so many turists. We would def. Recommend it and Will return ❤️❤️🧘‍♀️
