Very well located with lots of night markets and food choices within walking distance.
Do bring your own toiletries though as the hotel’s provision of these were lacking.
Great value for the price overall.

Walking distance to night bazzare, very friendly staff, resonable services and swimming pool that is often quiet. Old Hotel but clean and well maintained.

Old room, old air conditioner.. We had to wake up at 2:00 a.m. to change rooms in the middle of the night because the air conditioner was broken and the employees were only men who said that changing rooms had to be changed later. Then we asked if they would like us to open the window. We stayed on the 16th floor for a while and another employee came to look. The air conditioner said it was slowly getting colder, so I told him to try opening the window, it was colder outside than 2 a.m. than changing the room for us. It was a room that should have been checked out and couldn't be cleaned in time. Just going in and sweeping the sheets didn't spread. My boyfriend said it was about 3 a.m.. Seriously, if you don't take a break, next time it's not worth the price you paid, you won't be able to watch the TV..

It was also easy to get around as it was just a short walk from the night market. The location is great.
There are convenience stores and restaurants within a short walk.
The laundry is nearby and it's cheap so it was very helpful.
The room was old, but it was well kept. The staff were also kind. (There is no photo.)
I would like to stay here again when I go to Chiang Mai.
