One of the best breakfast buffet in Thailand. Good size gym with well stocked workout equipment, pool, kids pool and play area, rooftop bar and overall great amenities. You all are doing good, keep it up.
Personal Experience:
The bed was comfortable and my overall experience was great. Very clean and the sheets felt like brand new when slept on it.
The main rooftop was closed during my visit, hope to experience it during my next trip.
Areas of improvement:
Could work on greeting guests upon arrival. 5 star hotels like Maladee did good for me and many others like the Taj in India do a phenomenal job at welcoming guests.
A few complimentary snacks, tea and coffee would be great in the room. This could include any cup noodle or a good granola bar for guests especially the ones arriving late at night and just want a bite. You can still charge for extra amenities like the beer or other snack.
There is ample staff here, a small tour of the hotel would be awesome especially when the guest request it.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the local attractions, making it easy to enjoy the area. The breakfast is variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return in the future.

Great location next to Night Bazaar. Room is spacious with a comfy bed. Ceiling is low since it was renovated from old hotel. Good breakfast.

I'm very impressed with Ms Barbie the front desk check in counter has given me a polite and cheerful always with smiley face throughout. She still remembers room number 1701 whenever I need to make some enquiries.

Location: Melia is situated in the city center, just 2 minutes away from the night market and nearby streets. There are plenty of massage shops surrounding the hotel.
Room: I booked a family room, which is very spacious; however, the ceiling feels a bit low.
Service: The service was excellent, with friendly smiles everywhere. The check-in and check-out process was very quick.
Vibes: The overall vibe was great, though the weather was not ideal, which limited our enjoyment of the swimming pool. The kid zone definitely is a plus plus.

Overall this is a great hotel with beautiful lobby and amazing service. Au was great and really helped us with our check in. There are little details that can be improved especially with some of the room decor but overall it’s good.
