It’s less than 1km to reach Thapae gate by walk, located at the back alley but it’s pretty common in thailand.
Small cafe but breakfast is pretty decent with the price I paid.

The hotel was clean and in a great location, making it easy to reach Thapae Gate, the night bazaar, Chinatown, and other attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The amenities were great. The room was clean. But the best part of the hotel was the staff, they’re so nice. We didn’t have the time to have breakfast, they packed it for us.❤️❤️❤️

We enjoyed our stay at Thapae Twins, Chiang Mai. The breakfast was good with a nice variety, menu has some changes everyday and the scrambled eggs/omelette is well made. They even have a small lego play area for kids. Distance to food, massage and night markets are good. Kudos to the friendly staff. We had a restful night as it is quiet there.
