The hotel offers a convenient location near the shopping mall, making it easy to access various amenities. The overall environment is satisfactory, and the pricing is reasonable. However, there are some areas for improvement. The hairdryer has weak airflow and does not generate sufficient heat, which may be inconvenient for guests. Additionally, the cabinet door for the refrigerator is not well-designed, which affects usability. While the bathtub is adequate, enhancements in these aspects would improve the overall guest experience.

It was a nice stay at the hotel. The room was renovate with a bit of fragment here and there but overall was good. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Water was good and worked well. The bathroom floor was not at all slippery even wet. This is good for elderly. My suggestion for the hotel is to look more about mosquitoes and ant. I found a couple of mosquitoes and an ant on the bed. With that in mind for hotel maid, overall stay was pleasant one and will be back again. Oh Did I mention that the reception was nice and helpful. There is also a live cat lying around to welcome visitors at all time.

PERFECT! Personally, I think the accommodation is worth the price. Although the room is a bit dark, the overall management is good. There is a cleaning service every day and there is someone to facilitate parking at all times.

Fairly clean hotel that's in a great location. Just 3min motorbike ride to Nimman and right next to a great gym called Muscular Lair. Very affordable so no complaints that service is a little poor.

Room is clean , AC is cold , staff is friendly but parking area is far from hotel even there is a shuttle vehicle service.

The hotel location is good, near to maya shopping centre and all eateries, think park, one nimman. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is helpful, just that you will heard aeroplane sound, but I'm OK with it and it does not affect my sleeping. Celebrates my anniversary here with families and hotel provide simple decoration, got connecting room as well.

The room is white, simple and clean. Sleeping there makes you feel very comfortable. The bathroom is also very spacious and has all the necessary equipment. It is very convenient. This room is right next to the receptionist who is cheerful and cheerful.

Staff were friendly but the service style is a little old fashioned. We had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in, there are signs in the room warning of charges for stained sheets or towels and we are asked to wait 5 minutes at check out for someone to check the room for damages. The room is beautiful in an old colonial style. It can be a little noisy but not a big problem. It was incredibly clean and lots of storage. The breakfast is also great with a good selection of local and international food. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had an excellent experience.

This is a pleasant hotel to stay. with a garden and pool and a small gym. Restuarant is good service. Breakfast was good with freshly cooked eggs. Bedroom was good size. Wifi working well. No wifi in TV though. Mattress was a bit too firm but I got use to it on the second night. Some local cafes and coffee shops turn left on main road and left again or go 10 minutes walk to One Nimman and Nimman area for cafes, coffee shops massages, bars shopping and the Maya Mall with cinemas shops & food court I will stay again as value for money. .

This is definitely a 3 star hotel that sadly did not live up to its picture representation but was clean and had the basic essentials such as shower, balcony, ac, big bed and tv. Not picturesque but ok. If you have to pay a deposit however, be sure to take a picture of the paperwork just to cover yourself and avoid any misunderstandings at check out. Note: There is a 4 star hotel about 5 mins walk away called Zensala that is really gorgeous and does live up to how it is marketed so that is also an option. Have a great stay wherever you choose.
