Chiang Mai Pa Daet Hotels

It's kind of like an Airbnb room that there was no one to check you in and you had to check in by yourself. And if you didn't have a Thai phone card like me, you felt helpless when you need to contact the hotel because they only offered Thai contact numbers but no on-line contact like whatsapp or whatsoever. There were ants, moth in the room and a bug on the bed. The wifi was really weak. I could not detect any wifi inside the room. In order to get connected, I needed to open my room door and stood there. Or else I got out of the room and stayed in the corrido. Fair to say, the room was decently decorated and provided everything you needed in a house. There was a sink and basic utensils. The best thing of this condo was that it is next to the Central Airport Plaza. The shopping mall even provides free Airport shuttle. However it may be difficult to find the exit to get on the shuttle bus. The condo is only 9 minutes car ride or 20 minutes walk from the Airport. Since I could not find the place to get on the free shuttle provided by the mall, I eventually walked to the airport. Mid-way to the airport a friendly Thai driver even offered me a lift to the airport. Thanks to friendly Thai people.

I stayed here one night before a flight and it was fine. Building feels a bit old and looks not like the photos but overall a cheap good place to stay. Breakfast options are good as well however I was recovering from being sick so I couldn’t take full advantage.

The hotel was great for the price. It’s a little far outside of the city center. You will definitely need transportation. I don’t recommend the motor bike rentals they suggest, as the price is double what you can find elsewhere. I specifically booked this hotel because it has balconies. I try to be a respectful smoker but they had signs stating that smoking isn’t permitted anywhere in the hotel. This is common a d why I booked a room with a balcony but they also had signs that smoking wasn’t allowed even on the balcony. I find this unreasonable. I chose not to obey that sign. I didn’t flaunt it and no one said anything.

The hotel is not far from the airport, easy to travel, the room is okay, good value for money, overall I am impressed.

Pleasant Chiang Mai is a great option for a comfortable stay. The rooms are generously sized, offering plenty of space to relax. Having a washing machine in the room adds extra convenience, especially for longer visits. Ample parking for both cars and motorcycles makes it a practical choice for those driving. The location is fantastic, with shops and food stalls just a short walk away, making it easy to grab a meal or pick up essentials. A convenient and well-rounded accommodation option!

First of all, I was impressed by the service of the staff. The warm welcome. The hotel is near the airport, convenient for both the way there and back. It is near the city but quiet and not chaotic. There is no loud music or people to disturb you. I went on a trip and came back to relax to the fullest. The breakfast was delicious and very tasty. The room was clean and equipped with modern facilities. There is a swimming pool and a fitness center, suitable for friends who are crazy about exercising. This trip to Chiang Mai, we got the most worthwhile accommodation. When I come back to Chiang Mai, I will definitely think of this place.

I stayed here in 2019 multiple times and the facilities were very new. The facilities, furniture, etc. have not been maintained. I checked in again for a four night stay in 2024. I left after about 15 minutes in the room and booked somewhere else. It felt like someone had cleaned it, but overall just gross. Also, this location is listed as having soundproofing on multiple sites. Yet the poolview room was very noisy with traffic if you are sensitive to noise. Maybe it's up to your standards, just not mine. I didn't hassle for my money back, but would not recommend.

The room is clean, comfortable, soft bed. but i would like to deduct the soundproofing of the room.if the room next door,the cough is heard every round.everything else is good,recommended.

The Room Mahidol Chiang Mai is located in the Chiang Mai Riverside area, offering easy access to the airport. Chiang Mai International Airport Traveling by car within 15 minutes, the rooms are clean and comfortable. And there is ample parking.
