Hotels in Old City, Chiang Mai

The hotel is located in a very nice area. There are a lot of restaurants and massages. A convenience store (Seven eleven) is in a 3min walk from the hotel. Reception is very helpful. Our room was family type. It was very comfortable.

It is a very warm hotel. They explain in detail the city's landmarks and events, making you feel very warm like at home. Breakfast is also special and has a daily special, and seasonal fruits are also arranged differently every time. And theirs Flower is so pretty too .🌻💕💕💕📸📷

A friend recommended this small hotel in Chiang Mai, and after staying here, I completely understand why. It’s a small building, but as soon as I walked in, I was amazed. The bright, clean, and well-coordinated tone of the interior design is simply flawless in my opinion. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The location is convenient, making it easy to find restaurants and enjoy a nice walk around the area. If I have the chance and there’s availability, I’ll definitely book here again.

The hotel chosen by my girlfriend, 100 points👍 The front desk lady specially arranged an afternoon tea set for us, it felt like we had a honeymoon in advance! Hahaha The hotel is in a great location, 200 meters away is the Sunday night market, the weather was great yesterday, my girlfriend loved it💕 She also gave us a SPA, a perfect trip, I will come again next time!

This trip to Chiang Mai, Thailand, this apartment hotel is directly closed! The location is excellent, just near the ancient city, you can feel the fireworks of Chiang Mai when you go out, and the surrounding food and convenience stores are all available. The rooms are simple and stylish, with great lighting and extra warm furnishings. The facilities are brand new, the bedding is comfortable, and you can sleep well every night. The focus is on the service. The staff is fluent in English and friendly. They helped recommend many niche attractions and prepared local specialty snacks. There are beautiful green plants and leisure seats in the public area, and it is super comfortable to sit in your leisure time. Highly recommended to friends who come to Chiang Mai, the price is super high, I will stay here next time!

The room is well decorated, spacious and super clean (love that comfortable bed). Helpful and friendly staff. Superb location, near restaurants, hotel have lovely cafe and wash cafe shop, near a lot cafes and market but quiet at night. Hidden gems 💎!! Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a prime location, right by the Sunday Night Market and on a major street, making transportation pickups very convenient. The exterior features a spacious parking lot, which was great for our airport transfer. The property also offers valuable amenities such as a pool and coin-operated laundry. The staff were kind and accommodating, adding a positive touch to our stay. However, the rooms were disappointing compared to the photos shown online. The images featured remodeled rooms, but the rooms—particularly those with purple accents—were older and less appealing. Our room had a dirty bathtub with a moldy shower curtain liner and equally gross shower ventilation fan, outdated or broken furniture, and a TV that stopped working on our last night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was weak during the day, making it challenging to stay connected. The breakfast was also overly oily, prompting us to choose other dining options after the first morning. While the location and staff made our stay convenient and pleasant in some respects, the outdated and poorly maintained rooms make me question how this is listed as a four-star hotel. I can’t recommend this hotel based solely on its location, and I suggest that management focus on updating the rooms and improving cleanliness and the quality of breakfast.

Location was perfect, within the city wall. Plenty of eateries nearby & a 7-11 100yds away. The room was serviced every day, if you wanted, with clean towels. There was use of a fridge/freezer in reception, but could have done with a small version in the room, for those longer stays. Staff were courteous as always & breakfast was great @ £2.50!

Great stay in the heart of the old town! The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, cafes, and shops. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they made me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others

The hotel is ideally located, super close to Tha Pae Gate, walking to Chang Kang Road Night Market is about 10 minutes away, however if you want to go to the night market on the Chiang Mai Gate side you have to call a car over. The view of the hotel is good, I booked it with breakfast, the hotel breakfast was also good, delicious!
