Had medical aointments at. Northwestern Hospital.. The hotel was efficient, professional, clean, and located in the perfect spot making it easy to walk over to the hospital.Will be returning for sure!

We attended a concert at Soldier Field, and picked this hotel due to location. The hotel was clean, the staff was so friendly the entire time. Loved the pool/hot tub and outside seating area. Hotel is located in downtown by all kinds of restaurants and other fun things! We were able to walk just about everywhere.

the room was really nice and clean, view was awesome with the wrigley building's clock tower showing right up. sheets could have smelled better tho 😂

It is much older than the photo. I have been training nearby for two weeks. The cleaning staff often forgets to take kitchen garbage or not refill coffee capsules. It is the most scattered service in the hotel I have ever stayed in in the United States. And Wi-Fi is poor here, I almost have to use my own hotspot throughout the whole process. The location is actually a bit far from the main attractions, and it is not convenient to travel. Fortunately, there are Whole Foods and an H-Mart nearby, and you can buy things and cook them yourself. In addition, they gave me a room on the 8th floor, although it was corner room, but the relationship facing the street was very, very noisy!
