Convenience location with walking distance from the terminal. Friendly staff and efficient check-in/check-out processes. The room is a bit outdated but other than that it was clean.

I like the location of the hotel. Very easy to access especially when we arrive quite late. The room condition looks okay. Breakfast is also quite nice. The price is a little bit expensive.

Location of this hotel is amazing 🤩 and I booked double room with the view to airport — excellent for plain watching. Bed was good. Breakfast was edible — nothing special. But definitely book for the location.

Location is excellent if you’re transferring in Chicago, staff are nice, water pressure is a bit low in the shower, the hotel is a bit old, but it’s good so far for a night to wait for the transfer flight

Basic facilities. The room is old. There's no USB port. The power socket space is too tight which can't fit the adaptor. Let me action is great though.

Everything is good, but there is no free drinking water.

First of all, the location is great, right in front of Terminal 2 at O'Hare Airport. It is connected to Terminal 2 by an underground passage, so you should be able to get to the hotel without any problems even when it's raining. It is easy to get to and from the airport, and there was no problem using car services such as Uber. The room itself is old, so it feels outdated, but it didn't bother me that much. There are almost no amenities, probably due to consideration for recent environmental issues. I recommend bringing your own necessary items such as slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and hairbrush. The staff were very kind and answered my questions politely and greeted me, so I had a pleasant stay.
