My Honest Experience After Reading Negative Reviews I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website. One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.

Tax has already been charged at the time of booking. After arriving at the scene, I was asked to sign and a form. Without a signature, there is no way to check in. The content on the list is a bunch of unreasonable taxes and fees, which are not indicated on the third-party booking website or their own website. Plus a resort fee of nearly $50 a day. Although this is written on the website, the prices above are exclusive of tax. They charge nearly 18% in taxes. Also there is absolutely no website offering four drinks per room per night. The bar was completely empty. After adding tax on trip.com, the amount displayed was USD 330, and I was charged nearly USD 500 in total. If you don't want to be charged a lot of unreasonable money, please don't come to this hotel.

No one accommodated us when we came in and I called their hotline but they said it will take an hour for their staff to come see & accommodate us. There was also a freak who came to us in the lobby and attempted to give me a bracelet without a reason.That was so creepy.
