There was a power outage at 2pm check-out time and no elevator. I had to walk down more than 10 floors to check out. The only elevator was running but I couldn't get on it for half an hour. Every time it opened, it was full. Poor experience

The staff had a very good service attitude, was warm and thoughtful, and made people feel very friendly. The breakfast tasted very good too. Came to see Wang Sulong's concert. Arrived at almost 12 o'clock on Friday night. The front desk was very patient and asked me if I was here to see the concert and gave me stickers. Haha. The hotel is not far from the venue. It's only one stop away. It's really good. Recommend.
