It’s a very nice stay for my Mum. She travels alone this time to visit us, transit at ChongQing Airport overnight with next day connecting flight. I’m so happy to have chosen Novotel chongqing Airport for my Mum to stay. The room was spacious and great style interior.
Special thanks to the hotel staff Miss Zhen (XiaoLiu) who has helped arranging everything for my mum and assist her with cars and dinner. If ever we visit Chongqing again we would revisit!

The hotel is great, there is a free shuttle bus, you can book in advance. The front desk QY service is also great, send the hotel's precautions in advance, help arrange the room in advance, said that the weather is hot, but also help arrange the air conditioning in advance, full marks for service. The room is clean, hygienic and satisfactory. And then I'll tell you a little bit about some of their conveniences.Facilities: The free parking lot also has charging pile is very convenient for the family to drive, there is a lobby bar bubble tea to eat snacks leisurely, there are reading hobbies can also read books, it is happy that their home also has Starbucks oh. On the 3rd floor, billiards room exclusive ball friends of the Fula, gym/free laundromat
(need dry cleaning can choose to pay dry cleaning hotel also has its own washing room)

Zhen at the front desk was incredibly helpful. When I checked in, I was tired from a long journey. Zhen greeted me with a big smile, quickly processed my check-in, and even upgraded me to a better room. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I had a great sleep.The hotel's location is convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Also, the breakfast spread was decent.Overall, I'm really impressed. I'll definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Kudos to Zhen and the whole team!I'll be back if I have chance!

What impressed me most was that she took the initiative to help me reserve an airport transfer, ensuring a smooth journey for my early morning flight. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer service made my stay stress-free. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Chongqing, especially because of the excellent service provided by Zhen and the rest of the staff.

The front desk & the hotel provides free shuttle service from hotel to airport are excellent services. It made it very convenient especially when your flight is very early in the morning. The room is spacious & the bed is very comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Chongqing Airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed rest during my travels. The hotel staff, especially Zhen, was outstanding. Zhen's warm welcome and attentive service made me feel right at home. She was very helpful in answering all my questions and ensuring my stay was seamless. room was big and clean, hotel breakfast had a huge variety. service was great, we were served by Fiona, she helped to arrange a airport transfer for us so we were able to get to the hotel asap as we arrived late at night. highly recommend!
