Moxy Chongqing

I am so glad that I chose this property for my 5N stay in Chongqing!! The location is super conv, just 1min walk to to Jiefangbei n few secs walk to my fave place of the trip 八一美食街!! The recept staffs are friendly, got me a higher floor room which is less noisy, welcome drink & yummy breakfast at highest floor!! The housekeeping jie jie took care of 24th floor also super nice to me everyday will ensure I have enough tissue paper, toilet paper n bottled water!! The room damn clean n comfy, I could rest well every night!! :D

The experience at Moxy was incredible start to finish. Getting off the metro and seeing where we were going to stay from the people's liberty monument around the corner was a 'wow' moment. The breakfast was amazing every morning with a mix of Chinese and Western food! The complimentary drink was a lovely touch and my friend had a comfortable set up for working remotely in the hotel during our stay. The staff were great for going out of their way to help with recommendations too. Super clean and super convenient for all Chongqing's sights, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay as a family with young kids! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, which made our family outings smooth and fun. One minor downside was that the toilet door didn’t have a lock, which made privacy a bit of a challenge—especially with young children around. While there weren’t specific kids’ amenities, the overall experience was very positive, and we felt truly welcome.

The location is excellent—situated right at the monument and along one of the busiest streets, so some noise is to be expected. Overall, everything was great, and the staff were very accommodating.

The hotel location is marvelous at the central of Jiafangbei area and close to all restaurant and shopping center. The staff were very nice at front-desk and restaurant. The room was comfortable with electric toilet. They were cleaning the room daily. The breakfast menu has variety of menu. Mostly in Chinese style. The bed and pillow was good quality for good sleeping after traveling. We were on 26 floor a bit noise from street on Sat and Sun but week day quiet. But no disturb noise from the other room. The room has full glass wall and you can see the sky line and vibrant of the city.

Excellent location in the heart of Chongqing downtown, very busy area especially during Spring Holidays. Rooms are clean, spacious and provided with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Only thing to improve: more English-speaking staff or standard use of translating apps to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
