The stay was absolutely delightful and satisfying. The building retains its classic charm, the room was equipped with brand-new facilities. And the staffs were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering us plenty of useful local tips and recommendations. Also the view from the window was a wonderful surprise☺️

singaporean here! overall my stay here was pleasant. it is always convenient to use didi to travel around as this place is really popular. raffles city is our go to mall. bed cleanliness is good too. the host is nice and friendly and quick to deliver our request. solid host! however there's watermarks in the fridge. there are some parts with the mould, which could be due to overusage. the 2nd bed that i slept on was pretty small (im 1.78m) and i ended up sleeping on a curled position. but overall i slept well because the bed was comfortable

Beautiful room in a fantastic central location with an amazing view from the window. The bed is very comfortable and I slept very well. Nearby there are many places to eat and the building is not far from Chaotianmen (line 1) and Xiaoshizi (lines 1 and 6) metro stations. Nancy, the owner, is very helpful and regularly kept in contact to make sure everything was ok. I’ll definitely stay here again if I visit Chongqing in the future.

All good. Excellent location, comfortable rooms, good air conditioning. The only negative is the building elevator, too many floors and too many people using few elevators. During busy times, it took us 20 minutes to wait.

Best stay for our China trip. The location is just minutes walk to Chaotianmen and Raffkes city with restaurants, minimarket, fruit shop and travel agent on the ground floor of the bulding. The owner very attentive and helpful. The room is actually whole apartment with complete amenities including washing machine and kitchen. The view from the bed was superb. Definitely will stay here again when visit Chongqing.

The building is definitely super old—it might shock you a bit when you first arrive. The elevators are really slow, and the homestay is only on one floor of a 40-something-floor building! However, once you get into the homestay area, it’s clean and modern. The rooms are nice—we had originally booked a non-smoking room but were given a smoking one at first. We ended up moving to a smaller non-smoking room, which was totally fine with us even though we paid for a bigger one. The rooms are cute and cozy, and it was lovely that there was a speaker and a projector! For the price, definitely worth. It just wasn't exactly what we pictured based on the photos. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty for us, but the staff made up for it—they were super responsive and so nice. They helped us do laundry, made sure our food delivery got to us, and even handled some packages we had shipped to the hotel. Really appreciated the staff. I would definitely recommend it overall if you're okay staying in an old building!
