Really enjoyed that onsen! This is a fantastic place to stay with an amazing breakfast buffet, a lounge where you can make creative tradition Japanese arts, big rooms, friendly staff and most of all an amazing onsen. The onsen here is maybe one of the best we’ve been to and we’ve been to a lot, it even offers a cold bath if that’s your kind of thing. The down sides (which very minor) are the WiFi which was pretty weak and the fact you’d need to have a car to get out there (which we did, but for some this may be a problem). Nevertheless, this place is a 10/10 would highly recommend.

The location is so beautiful, perfect for group travelers. Very clean facilities and the staff are friendly and easy to talk . . The relaxing onsen and most of all I love the eat and drinks all you can .

Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

This large hot spring hotel has very complete facilities, including free cultural and sports facilities. The drink time was a real surprise. The hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor areas. Soaking in the hot springs can be therapeutic, but unfortunately there were two mainland tourists rubbing mud in the hot springs, which was disturbing. This group of mainlanders had absolutely no knowledge of hot spring etiquette. They put towels on their shoulders and immersed them in the water, and kept splashing water on their bodies, making noises. They talked loudly, completely ignoring other people and lacking a sense of public morality, which made my friend and I very angry and disappointed. It is recommended that hotels add rules to hot spring pools to remind guests.

The hotel is great, the rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, the service is excellent, the hotel yard is large and surrounded by green trees. The parking lot is also large, so there is no need to worry about the problem of not being able to park too many cars

The location is remote and only suitable for self-driving people. The dining is first-rate, and it is an absolute paradise for alcoholics, with wine available in the lobby both in the afternoon and evening. Dinner is buffet style with many varieties and delicious food. The hot spring is comfortable, the temperature is not too high, there is a sauna, and the skin care products are Sekkisho. The room is large and adequate. It is really old, but very clean and has no odor. Will stay again if I have the chance!

If you are planning a quiet Japanese hot spring trip, the open-air bath is very good. You can enjoy free tea and whiskey after the hot spring, and you can drink Kirin beer from 3 to 6 pm. We stayed on the 12th floor, and it snowed a lot, so the view was really good. The parking lot was spacious, and the room was also spacious and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of fresh food, so I was able to eat it gratefully. The staff was so kind that they relieved my worries about renting a car and driving to an unfamiliar area in the heavy snow. Thanks to them, I was able to drive safely and finish my trip to Japan. I am grateful for the kindness of this town. It is far from the city, so it would be easier to get around if you have a car, but I would like to go again next time because I can fully enjoy a quiet Japanese hot spring trip and it has the best facilities for the price.

The hotel is quiet, the buffet is good, there is alcohol, there is sugar and drinks after the bath, the hot spring is very good, it is suitable for vacation in the mountains, shopping is not, there are many elderly people in Japan

It is a very good hotel for self-driving travel. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel and parking is free. The hotel is quite large, has a hot spring, and provides free snacks, wine, and coffee. The hotel room was large and very comfortable.

The hotels are relatively far away from the city, the resort is first-class, the hot springs are very good, and the buffet breakfast provided has many choices 👍, but the price-performance ratio is not high, but it is acceptable.

We arrived at the hotel at 3pm and there was a long line to check in. There were about 6 people at the front desk, but we had to wait about 15 minutes. They told us to come back in 15 minutes to get the key, so we were able to use the lounge right away. The room was a triple room, very spacious and clean. It's located on top of a mountain, so there's nothing nearby. We could use the large public bath in the evening and in the morning, and it was spacious so we didn't mind the crowds. When we checked in, we asked for an additional breakfast buffet for a little over 3,000 yen. There were a lot of guests, but there was a wide variety of food and plenty of tables available.

The hotel is too old. It is very inconvenient if you are not traveling by car in the suburbs of Toyama. There are many insects. The room is a bit old, but the space is still quite large. The hot spring here should be hot water, not underground mineral water.

Clean and sanitary. The room is small but well-equipped. The tatami is very comfortable. The surrounding scenery is also good and suitable for recuperation. The breakfast and dinner are delicious and rich. The only drawback is that the location is not very good and you need to drive yourself.
