Very new hotel. The hotel staff are not familiar with the service process. The hotel information on Ctrip is not accurate. Parking is $30 during the day and $68 overnight. How can hotel guests not stay overnight? Breakfast is not all-inclusive. Each person is given a $20 quota. More than that needs to be paid separately. However, after eating breakfast and checking out, breakfast was still charged separately. After some inquiries, the hotel staff did some research and explained that the breakfast bill was not credited until after the checkout, resulting in the breakfast quota for each person not being deducted. This process is really amazing. So far, I don’t know whether the overcharged fees have been refunded. The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the National Gallery.

A very cost-effective choice, very high-end and not expensive

I booked a room with breakfast for two, but only one person was given free breakfast, and the credit card was forced to deduct the breakfast fee for the other person. The hotel management was chaotic and kept arguing and refusing to refund. The experience was terrible!

The service is quite satisfactory. Since it has just opened, the facilities are complete and the sanitation is relatively clean. I don’t have the habit of taking photos, so I don’t have any pictures.

The people at the front desk and at the door were very polite and enthusiastic. The parking fee is a bit expensive, but the room is new and the location is good. There is a painting in the room that is too scary
