Our experience at this hotel was fantastic!
We initially had a misunderstanding, but the hotel team resolved it quickly and attentively, exceeding our expectations.
Thanks to their excellent service and the thoughtful details they provided, they have earned our trust. I would like to commend the entire team for the outstanding job they did and thank each person who made it possible for us to have such a special experience.
We will definitely choose them again when we return to Chongqing.

Very comfortable room, pure white clean towels, besheets, nice pillows and spacious room with view to both rivers.
Staff were very hospitable and helpful.
Optional lounge access provided a nice quiet resting corner with view to the 2 rivers converging.
The Subway station Line 1 is below the building accessible from the exit from Level 2 or 3.
Locals claimed the location is the 'best' spot in Chongqing city.

Excellent hotel at great location. We stayed there on our first trip to Chongqing and we were back again four months later to the same hotel. It has great breakfast, best views, excellent location and most of all very helpful staff especially Maverick at the reception desk. He checked us in very quickly and helped us throughout our stay. Thank you!

This hotel is probably one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at Chongqing.  staff is fluent in English and they should be no language barriers here.

Lobby and entrance was great. Room was clean and tidy, there just was one hand towel that smelt of ciggeratte which was the only thing I could pick on. I would definitely visit again.

The hotel is in a great location—close to key attractions and convenient for getting around. However, the service was disappointing. Service were not particularly impressed , and certain requests were ignored. Breakfast was not good value for money. O won’t be choosing this hotel for my next stay in Chongqing.

It's all about mindset. The staff don't really have the right mindset. Some of them have smoking smell
