The location is great, just next to train station chaotianmen station. Is vg easy to take train to 十八梯 & 下浩里。
Opposite is the Raffles City mall.
Butler 小熊 & 多多vg friendly & helpful. My husband got mosquito bites on his legs & they immediately bring the anti itch lotion for him to apply.
The room is cozy & comfortable.
Hotel also provides us the free photo shooting.

The hotel is very beautiful, the 粥粥's service is very good, she washed our clothes for us, and we can find her for any problem. I would definitely come back. Also all the other staff where very kind and service minded.

Absolutely amazing hotel! We went for the 270 degree room and it was like something out of a movie. Very good location and the staff were super friendly and helpful! Especially Zhao Zhao, thank you so much! We will definitely be back soon :)

Location: Perfect. Just above Chaotianmen station with convenience stores/minimarts nearby and opposite Raffles City. Walking distance to Hongyadong.
Room: Could be cleaner especially surfaces. Otherwise v satisfied with bath amenities/TOTO WC with bidet spray. Mattress was v comfortable.
Service: Top-notch butler service that was v responsive and I really appreciated the complimentary laundry service and daily updates on weather. Thank you 苏苏!!

My recent stay at Iseya Hotel was simply amazing. The hotel’s location at Chao Tian Men is unbeatable – it offers a stunning view overlooking the iconic Qian Si Men Bridge, which was a highlight in itself.
We booked the Duplex room, and it was perfect for our family of four, including two young children. The room was spacious, super clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable sofa that made the space very livable and practical for families.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. From the chambermaid to the receptionist, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and polite. A special mention goes to 橙子, a receptionist who delivered impeccable customer service. When I mistakenly went to the wrong location for the Chongqing 1949 Theater, she took the initiative to personally call the theater staff and help me sort things out. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel genuinely valued and appreciated.
Overall, our experience in Chongqing was made even better thanks to Iseya Hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city – especially families looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.
