Staff is cooperative if needed. When I returned to my room on my first day I had to ask the front desk to come replenish the consumables and remove the rubbish. Breakfast is offered 7.30-9.30am. When I arrived close to 9am they went out of hard boiled eggs. The kitchen staff simply told me they went out with no intention to cook more (they did have raw eggs in the kitchen).
