From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the concierge department enthusiastically helped me with luggage, smilingly and quickly processed my check-in, providing a seamless and attentive service throughout. Every detail demonstrated the five-star standard. The room was beautifully and elegantly decorated, with soft and comfortable bedding. I had a great night's sleep. The smart devices were fully equipped, allowing me to easily control the lights and curtains. The technology was very impressive. The breakfast options were beyond imagination, featuring both Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly made fried eggs and special snacks were superb! The gym equipment was brand new, the pool water was clear, and there were professional coaches for guidance. When I was leaving, the staff member, Tomoko, even helped me mail my wallet. This feeling of being valued was truly heartwarming! I highly recommend it to everyone. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

Very satisfied with the environment and service, the daily breakfast is really a blessing, as well as daily cleaning, the front desk and staff are very friendly and polite. The hotel is located in the commercial section of Chuzhou, shopping and eating are very convenient, and there is a bus stop at the door.

The hotel's location is great, right in Shuishi Square, directly opposite Suning, and quite close to Nanjing Taipu Temple, about a kilometer's walk away. During the Chinese New Year, the area downstairs was lively and beautifully lit. The hygiene was acceptable, though I suspect my room on the sixth floor might not have been a non-smoking room, as it had a slight smoky smell. Breakfast wasn't crowded, and the selection of dishes was quite good.

The front desk said that the area needs to be remodeled. The charging pile is now dismantled. We were upgraded to the East Building. We have to make it clear to the takeaway staff when we order takeaways, otherwise the main elevator can go to the 19th floor and they can't come up. Environment: The parking lot is quite large, not far from Lushan, 10 minutes drive, and about 10 minutes to Wanda. Service: The service of the cafeteria is very good. The noodles are also good. The front desk can introduce a breakfast floor. We watched it in the elevator. The mattress is hard, friendly to people with bad waist, the charging data cable in the room is bad, others are good, I think it is quite quiet.
