Afternoon tea is just self-service coffee and milk tea, while late-night snacks are porridge and instant noodles. Stuff doesn’t speak even 1 word of English and was a bit cold. The room is spacious and has a great view. No refrigerator which is something I hate. For its price I think it is good value.

The advantage of Four Seasons Ivy is that the decoration is new, so everything looks clean. But there are definitely deficiencies in staff training and facility maintenance. When the laundry detergent was empty, the staff should have taken the initiative to replenish it. However, after the guest called the front desk, a big man came with a disposable cup filled with laundry detergent and said why the guest didn't go and get it himself. The service awareness really needs to be improved. The shower door in the room was poorly sealed, and a large pool of water would splash out after a shower. It was especially easy for the slippers to get wet and fall.

The living room and bedroom have TVs. The bathroom has a shower room and a bathtub. So in general, the room configuration is very complete, clean and hygienic. The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic and proactive. I will choose this hotel later.
