While checking out, I observed that most guests were families with children, so I feel that adding such facilities is a necessity. Of course, the hotel may have its own specific positioning. **Service:** The staff at the entrance and all the front desk personnel were very polite and proactive. However, one area that needs improvement is that despite traveling with children, the front desk neither proactively asked if we needed a set of children's amenities (like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers) nor arranged for housekeeping to deliver them to our room. This is definitely an area that requires improvement. **Dining:** I must praise the breakfast! The open kitchen offers freshly prepared dishes, unlike typical pre-made pastries and stir-fries.
