"I am so glad I chose to stay at Billie's while I was in Fairbanks. Billie is the most gracious host. She made sure my stay was perfect, from the endless coffee, to the treats she brought over, to an array of food for breakfast. I felt like I was staying with my grandmother. I wanted for nothing. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were clean. There was even a way to get my laundry done. It was in a central location to town, the university, and public transportation. And, I could not beat the price! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Fairbanks."

"The hotel has a great location, near the airport, and they even offer a shuttle service! The room with a panoramic view was fantastic! The only downside was the breakfast; it was incredibly simple. After eating it for three days, I was already tired of it by the third day. I hope they can improve that."

"it is a good place to stay; it is very convenient, near the airport, a 3-5 minutes drive away, some tourist attraction like Pioneer park, pikes ice bridge, and Fred Meyer. the hotel is very clean, they have free coffee at the front. but there is no housekeeping. they didn't clean our room for 3 days, so i assumed they didn't have a housekeeping daily. the staff was very friendly, except for the lady with the blue/red highlights on her hair; she was mean to my daughter."
