Where do I even begin? This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I've had — which is incredibly disappointing because I’ve stayed at a Ramada in another city and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this location did not live up to that standard.
First and foremost, Trip.com falsely advertised that this hotel included breakfast, a pool, and a gym — none of which were actually available upon arrival. These amenities were a major reason I booked, and they were clearly listed as included on the Trip.com app.
I reached out to Trip.com and after several hours of waiting, they finally responded around 1:30 a.m. They told me the hotel was willing to offer a full refund if I checked out immediately. As a solo female traveler in downtown Atlanta, this was completely unacceptable and unsafe to ask of someone at that hour.
To be clear, I don’t place all of the blame on the hotel itself — they aren't fully responsible for how they’re listed on Trip.com. This is absolutely a Trip.com issue, and I strongly believe I should have been given a full refund due to their false advertising.
Beyond that, the hotel itself felt sketchy and unclean. I had to request clean towels multiple times and never received them, ultimately having to go down to the front desk myself. The noise level was also very high due to its close proximity to the airport, which made it difficult to rest. While I did appreciate the shuttle service, it’s one of the only positives I can mention.
Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again and I will definitely not be using Trip.com for future bookings.

This hotel is dirty. The rooms smell very bad. The curtains were dirty. The photos on the website have nothing to do with reality. I will never return to that hotel. Also, my reservation includes breakfast, which is not true. When I asked the receptionist, she told me no. This hotel is a one-star hotel, not a three-star hotel as advertised on the website.

Was only there for one night because of transit through. Rooms were what they were for the cost. I paid for breakfast, however they closed the dining area and told me to have breakfast somewhere else... Also waited at the airport for 45min waiting for their shuttle, only to call them and then get told that they only drop people off, but not pick up for that month we were there. That was a little annoying. Other than that, it was fine to transit through, but will probably go somewhere else next time ..

Disappointing and outdated—this place could really use a serious makeover. We booked the Ramada Plaza expecting a comfortable stay, but it felt like stepping into a bygone era. The restaurant was closed for renovations (which we weren’t informed of in advance), so the "included breakfast" simply didn’t exist.
To make matters worse, the front desk arranged a taxi to the airport for us, stating it would cost around $20. However, we were charged $35 by the driver—a total rip-off. Additionally, when we checked in, we were asked to provide a $100 security deposit for incidentals, which was also not mentioned before arrival.
Overall, this stay fell well short of our expectations, it definitely doesn’t live up to the Ramada brand we expected.

The room was really bad
Specially room number 305 and the rug was smelling,
This property was built in 1980 and it’s about 44 years old!
Need to improve the conditions of the room and the staffs were nice they helped me change the room and requested not to go for the cancellation.

The booking describes of the room was a double room double bed complimering breakfast room at a higher price, and the hotel did not have double beds double room or complimerry breakfast Which I was not compensated for The room had contact Lenses Stuck on to the bathroom counter We stayed 3 nights we was not given extra toilet or paper towels Other guests complain of having roaches in their room which I also seen rooches in the hallway As I was checking out another customer complained about the toilet paper situation to the point that the manager called police on that person As me and my guest walked out of the hotel we was approached by police officers and my guests was put into handcuffs I asked the manager to come outside so she could pinpoint who she actually called the police on and she refused to and said it was not her problem

The Place was peaceful and clean and the Receptionist were nice ❤️
