The hotel is close to the airport but quite isolated from everything and there is nothing around the hotel. They charge for everything, not even a cup of coffee in the hotel lobby. Restaurant is onsite but that’s the only place you can eat. Again, nothing is around the hotel. No fee breakfast . Water in the tub was never kept. Facility is so old.. For the same price I paid, I could have stayed somewhere much better
This type of room booked by Ctrip must avoid the third floor. When I entered, I smelled a so-called cigarette smell and immediately asked to change rooms. The front desk said that many people smoke on this floor 😅... The hotel only has a small train next door to the airport. It is not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage or it rains.
we use this hotel when we are flying out early in the morning. always clean and easy to check in. we will continue to use this hotel as it is quite convenient to shuttle parking.

The room was clean, but the facilities were older and the door lock was a bit loose. The location is very convenient from the airport, and it is more convenient to have a restaurant next to the hotel to eat burgers. It takes less than 15 minutes to take a taxi to Wal-Mart, and the transportation is convenient.
The room was quiet, the beds were large and the beds were comfortable. The price is a bit expensive. There is a McDonald's not far from the hotel, and the sound of cars whirling on the highway can be heard during the day.
We stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in a family vacation. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the services were excellent. we highly recommend this hotel!
The first time I stayed at a hotel in the United States, the environment was quite good, the breakfast buffet was quite rich, and I should choose to stay here next time I pass through Atlanta.
I had a bad experience at one of the current locations.. I left there and came here .. Ashlee was soooo nice upon arrival.. the room was nice and clean I will be staying here again..
The room had a pissy smell and the carpets had a smell they need to change the carpets on the floor, no continental breakfast , no ice . The pool are wasn't open it look a mess . The service was ok .but when you call the service desk no one answered. You had to go downstairs
The hotel is good, but I really want to comment on Ctrip here. Most of the US trips about this month were booked in Ctrip, and there are quite a few real problems, but it is more worth mentioning that Ctrip's services. 1) It is easy to make a call. No matter when, the call will be answered manually, instead of fooling you like a lot of customer service machines. 2) In Ctrip booking hotels, air tickets and other layers of protection, there will be problems Ctrip will solve, do not have to go and negotiate with those who speak English. People in different countries will encounter various problems, but as long as they are in Ctrip, it is good to call them. Although the ordered products will have unexpected problems, such as this time actually booked a hotel that is not open, but Ctrip has actively changed to a better hotel. Although it has caused inconvenience to myself, it is understandable that I think Ctrip is so far away. 3) If personal losses are caused by the inconsistency of the information on the website, Ctrip will pay the indemnity and will arrive soon. Ctrip's quality service makes our trips very safe and we don't have to worry about problems. Suddenly I found that many companies in China have done much better than the United States. Ctrip is cheering and supporting you.

GGuest UserStaff was amazing! Including the shuttle driver.
Hotel was meh. Not totally dirty but not very nice.
Elevators didn’t work when I was leaving so I got stuck on my floor until I found stairs.
TTouxinbaobeiThe farthest hotel from the skytrain hotel station, but only a 2-3 minute walk. If you have a lot of luggage, you can also call a taxi to pick up and drop off at the station. The room is large and clean, the water is hot enough, and there are 2 free small bottles of water. The sound insulation is very good and not noisy at all.
GGuest UserWe had a late arrival and early departure at Atlanta's Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. Easy to board the skytrain (light rail to ATL West parking garage and Rental Car Center), walk to the Tru about a block, and get some sleep before awakening at 4 am and heading back into the airport.
MMPHATSOVery good experience, it’s all but within a walking distance to the airport if u could walk but the location is a major + on the last day discovered the pool was right behind my room, lol
LLaojiangThe hotel is close to the highway and a bit noisy at night. The hygiene of the sheets is not very good, which may be a common problem in old hotels. There are no places to eat nearby within walking distance, but luckily it's just one night. The parking lot is charged, 25 dollars a night, a little expensive!
JJohnFirst, this hotel is useless for international arrivals or departures: you have to get a separate shuttle bus from international to domestic, since they only pick up/drop off there. Location is dubious: reception told me not to go to the gas station myself at about 9 on a Friday night. Hotel itself is good enough, breakfast kinda basic. The carpet in the corridors looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 50 years. Other than that, ok.
BBeatrixurIt has free connection to the airport. From international arrivals there is a free bus to the domestic flight terminal, where you take the transfer to this hotel. The staff is very nice and they help you with whatever you need. The only worst point is that the rooms are run down and need maintenance.
BBAIYUNBreakfast is OK, the room is small, the single bed in the double room is suitable for one person only, and it is not convenient to bring children. There is also a serious problem that is too noisy, and there are planes screaming over the top of the head. There is no free wifi in the room, there is a public area.
XXiaoquanjinliangThe hotel is only 2 km from the airport S/N terminal.
Because it was an early flight, I called LyFt and it cost 10 USD.
There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport,
but it only starts working from 0530 in the morning.
The room is too ordinary, and the most important thing is that there is no kettle.
Hotels near San Francisco Airport also have kettles like coffee machines, with two bags of coffee powder.
I didn't hear any unusual noise.
