Hotel was really clean and new with complimentary parking. Free transport ticket throughout Lausanne was given. Would be nice if there’s a kettle and mini fridge in the room. But overall, nice stay.

Was nice and clean but quite far out of town

Everything was perfect. My only regret is that they don't offer caffeine-free coffee at breakfast. Apart from the clean and spacious room.

It is far from the city, suitable for self-driving tours. The hotel provides free transportation tickets. When visiting the Lausanne Olympic Museum, you can use the tickets to play & torture

The hotel is very good, clean. The noises in the hallway are very unpleasant. I also think that a little effort in terms of breakfast would be a good idea.

It is not in Geneva, but it is easy to reach by car, which is convenient for travelers on business trips nearby. The front desk is warm and thoughtful, the room is very clean, the facilities are very new, the decoration is modern, and there is free parking.

Modern, very basic hotel. The gym no longer exists unfortunately. Breakfast was also very basic. Note if travelling for business and on public transport there are not many side walks for pedestrians connecting the hotel to the local office buildings, shops and restaurants.

The hotel is Clean, modern, basic, but well-kept. The staff is very kind and helpful. I think their policy is: Avoid waste. It is a hotel without excesses, you find everything you need. Excellent and varied breakfast buffet.

POSITIVE: Generally quiet room, very spacious. Free indoor and outdoor covered parking. The possibility of receiving a free day pass for public transport for the entire stay is very interesting, the bus stop is only 50m away. then you reach the station and in 20 min. you are in the center of Lausanne NEGATIVE: The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved. We moved the sofa bed and the result was a dirty and dusty floor. I kindly asked to have it cleaned but unfortunately the response was the following "the ladies have finished their shift, you have to wait until tomorrow". Bathroom: There were only towels for the body (shower) and one for the feet. Requested ones for hands/face, response: "they don't exist in the facility, you have to use the large ones". still in the bathroom, when we arrived the shower head hook was large and therefore swinging. Also, one lamp didn't work. we stayed 3 days, everything was still the same when we left. It doesn't take much to fix everything and therefore enhance the hotel. The price of a breakfast for a single person is excessive, 17fr.- per day.
