They can help you with tours at good prices. The rooms are clean with comfy beds & warm blankets, bathroom with hot water. Good breakfast too. Coffee & tea are offered during the whole day what we really appreciated. There is no noise from the road, but if other guests are not respectful you can hear them...especially when moving a chair or trampling, so please be respectful! Very good service & facilities 👌

Hawka Inka is a great Hostal with clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The bathroom is super clean as well. Bertha our hostess was amazing. Breakfast every morning with fresh fruit, coffee, eggs, delicious. We left our belongings to go to Inka Trail for 3 nights and came back to a nice and great room. I will recommend this place for sure.

Una mala experiencia, había una oferta de pisco 2x S/28 y nos sirvieron una limonada cuando le dijimos, el manager dijo q no le ponen alcohol porque es una oferta y si queríamos podriamos cambiar por otro trago porque no tenían limón, después llegaron otras personas y pidieron pisco sour sin oferta y les sirvieron, la pizza no estuvo rica. Lo peor fue la forma cómo nos trato de manera despota cómo nos trato el manager, pésimo atención al cliente del manager.

Excelente servicio, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, el desayuno buffet muy completo y tienes todo el día una pequeña Salita donde servirte café y té. El personal muy amable y atento. Contenta!

Excelente hostal, muy limpia y con la mejor ubicación ya que se ubica a muy pocas cuadras de la plaza de armas de Cusco, además todo el personal es muy acogedor y con una gran disposición, volvería sin duda a alojarme acá

Excelente localização, excelente staff, excelente pequeno-almoço e excelente preço. Wi-fi forte e estável e limpeza diária do quarto se assim o desejarem. No nosso caso o hotel estava praticamente vazio pelo que estava sossegado. Recomenda-se sem hesitação.

Vinimos a quedarnos unos 9 días a Cusco, para hacer varios tours y trabajar durante la semana. La atención por parte del personal del hotel fue excelente, especialmente la atención de Roxana. El hotel cuenta con un desayuno buffet bastante variado, además de que brindan la opción de enviarte un pequeño desayuno en caso tengas que salir muy temprano a un tour. Si vas a trabajar durante la semana, también es una buena opción, cuentan con internet con buena velocidad en cada piso. El hotel se encuentra a unos 10 minutos a pie de la plaza de armas y del barrio de San Blas. Hay buena variedad de locales de comida cerca y a todo nivel de precios. Definitivamente volvería, fue una estadía bastante agradable.
