I love the hospitality of their staffs. Alfredo is really great and informative receptionist. I had Walter escorted me to my room and tell the details about the hotel and the nearby kusikancha which I can see from the rooftop windows. It is in walking distance from every historical sites. The oxygen supplement and coca tea just in case you suffer the altitude sickness, luckily I haven't used it.

Excellent service, staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I had altitude sickness and they kept checking in on me, whenever you call the hotel for oxygen they show up within minutes to assist you with getting more oxygen and whatever you need. Location is superb. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Cusco next time!

The rooms were great. The staff was especially helpful. Not of all Gonzalo. August was also wonderful. And the server Juan Marco always helped.

The hotel is located 15 minutes walking distance away from the main square. It is quiet and peaceful but provides excellent approach to the historic city. The restaurant brought out an impressive breakfast every morning, and it even has a local artisan selling crafts and trinkets.
