Mua Dalat Wellness Hotel Reviews

The hotel and the staff were lovely, trip.com wasn’t tho. We booked the signature room on trip.com and even the confirmation showed that we booked the signature room, somehow the booking record on the hotel’s side is the basic room, the hotel staff tried to help but there’s nothing they can do, eventually we paid extra for the signature room. Aside of the incident, we still love this hotel and they served the best noodles with different varieties for breakfast.

This hotel owner and staffs are super cute and friendly. I love the style with its story where guests may find place to balance out and wellness treatments. Breakfast is also a plus point.

We stayed for a night in Muadalat wellness hotel, and we loved it so much! The hotel design is so pretty, the room is clean and comfy and the staffs are cute and friendly 😊 we love that they let us to choose the fragrance of the shampoo, we chose green tea and it smells really good! I have a hunble suggestion: it would be lovely if you include some aroma oil in the room, so it smells nice and relaxing too! :) Besides, it was a plus point that this hotel does offer some wellness workshop, we participate a yoga therapy for neck and shoulder, the session is friendly for beginner and it was great and help us to relax our tense neck and muscles. Thanks to the friendly trainer, we enjoyed a morning yoga like this :) We would love to stay in Muadalat wellness hotel again if we have the chance to visit Dalat again in future:)

This place is very cozy, love the style and the room so nice. We love breakfast, Homemade jam is so good. And staff very friendly, very helpful :) happy to stay here for 2 nights. ❣️

Very personalized services and great staffs.

Knowing about Mua through reviews, the hotel is brand new and has wellness as its theme. Upon arrival, there will be a welcome drink and the option to choose the scent of a handmade bath set. Every day there will be healing activities such as yoga classes, painting, etc. I attended one session and found it very interesting. For breakfast, you will choose the main dish from the day before, along with a buffet line of appetizers and desserts. Delicious food, beautifully presented. Drinks are also very delicious including coffee, nut milk and detox juice. I find the room space a bit small compared to the price. The room is dimly lit and the soundproofing is not good, you can clearly hear the sound of traffic. However, I still slept well during the 4 nights I stayed in Mua. Central location, easy to get around, many restaurants down the street. Overall, I am satisfied and will come back

Very nice! The location is near Dalat University and about 2 kilometers from the city center. Advantages: 1. The service is very good. It is composed of a group of young staff. They will greet you every morning, automatically hand you drinking water, and ask you what you want to eat for breakfast in advance. After you get off the taxi, the staff will take the initiative to help you carry your luggage. 2. The hotel is very new, built in 2023. The room is clean and tidy, and there is also a large soaking tub. The bed is very comfortable. There is no air conditioning in the room, but there is an electric fan, so you won't feel hot at noon. 3. There are many local Vietnamese restaurants near the hotel, and the prices are quite cheap. There is Highland coffee about 500 meters away. 4. The hotel has wellness classes, with Vietnamese teaching basic yoga, painting and other interest classes, which will completely integrate you into a healthy life. Special thanks to Trip.com. Due to a system error with the hotel, trip.com also compensated for the price difference. It is recommended that the system be changed as soon as possible. Disadvantages: It will be noisy in the morning, and the noise of Vietnamese motorcycles will be a bit loud.

The hotel has a novel design, a nice environment, and great service. However, the agent booked me the wrong room. I wanted a special room? They gave me a basic room. Later, I asked Ctrip to defend my rights and got the price difference back. In addition, part of the house is made of wood, so the sound insulation is not good, and the noise of traffic on the road is quite loud.

The location is more urban than I thought. It was right next to the road and the facilities were good. (It has the disadvantage of making a lot of car noise.) It's a bit disappointing that the shower is only in the bathtub. So, when I just wanted to wash my hair, I had to go into the bathtub and wash it, which was inconvenient. And the hair dryer's cord was short and fixed, so it was a little uncomfortable, but overall it wasn't bad. The hotel staff are all very friendly. And I really liked the breakfast. I stayed at three different hotels during my trip, and this one had the best breakfast.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the middle of Da Lat. It has a great energy and a good vibe. Despite being right next to the University of Da Lat, and crowds from many restaurants and businesses nearby, the restaurant maintains a very relaxing, super clean, and quiet environment. The staff are professional, polite, respectful, helpful, and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is amazingly tasty and healthy. Room 601 with the balcony and the spectacular views is the best. There are several wellness services but we only try the yoga class and a flower infused foot bath. The yoga teacher is amazing. I have learned a few yoga techniques to improve my posture. Thank you very much. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended it to you.

This is the very first time i’ve visited Mùa. Mua makes me feel like im at home cause its warmth combining with deep brown tones of wood. Their services are extremely good and hospitable. What impressed me most was the natural scent of the soap bars, which we were given to choose on the first day of check-in. In general, i’m absolutely satisfied with Mùa’s services.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at MUA Hotel , particularly for the complimentary breakfast. The convenience of not having to venture out in the cold while relishing great food and service made my experience truly delightful. A warm and comfortable start to the day within the confines of the hotel added an extra layer of satisfaction to my stay. Many thanks for the excellent hospitality.

During my inaugural visit to Vietnam with my parents, our stay at this hotel was refreshingly distinct from previous experiences.
