This hotel is fantastic. The room is super spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff just perfect.
The view from the rooftop it's spectacular, with the breathtaking view of the mountains on one hand, and the astonishing view of the lake on the other. In the terrace you can relax in the nice seated and covered area, or do laundry using the washing machine (and dryer!); it was perfect to clean and dry my hiking gear after camping for days.
But the best part is the staff. All of them made me feel at home, just like I was hanging with friends: they showed me the city, made the effort to speak in English or translate (my Chinese is very limited), took me to the best places to eat and visit, invited me to tea and eating; helped in pretty much every need I could have. They were super, super friendly and made my visit absolutely special. More than friends, they felt like family to me.
In my next visit to Dali, I will definitely come back here.

很少刻意拿出時間來對一家酒店寫點評。選擇坐忘城市本是旅遊做出的選擇，實際出差人衹是被動告知去哪裡入住而已，所以這家坐忘城市在入住之前衹是知道大理、名字而已，並未做過更多的瞭解。後來才發現，其中的與眾不同。今天簡單的彙總幾點不同的感受：
抵達城市之前，酒店來電問詢達到方式、時間等等，意外之喜是他們來車接我們到酒店，這很好的解決了初來的人出行問題。
前台提供行李免費寄存，叫醒服務。服務效率高。房間內乾淨整潔，床高低合適，空間大。餐廳衞生乾淨 性價比很高

「保姆級服務配得上絕美山景！」清晨在餐區裏吃米粥 玉米 豆漿，深夜從古城回來有暖光擺渡車守候。接機小哥連相機包都搶着扛，！管家講解蒼山徒步地圖比攻略更寶藏，。洱海星辰作頂，十九峯為幕，服務細節控真的把蒼山住成了詩！

這次來大理，真的被我選到寶了！
📍地理位置：這家酒店在大理古城上面一點，出行超方便，不管是去古城裡覓食，還是去周邊景點打卡，都花不了多少時間。去洱海騎行，幾分鐘就能到達租車點，開啟愜意的環海之旅。而且周邊生活氣息濃厚，有各種特色小店，逛起來超有意思。
🏠酒店環境：整體風格充滿了白族特色，一走進酒店，就能感受到濃郁的民族風情。庭院裏種滿了各種花花草草，四季都有不同的景緻，彷彿置身於一個小花園中。房間佈置得温馨又舒適，採光也特別好，早上陽光灑進來，心情瞬間就變得超好。床品柔軟舒適，晚上能睡個好覺，房間的隔音效果也不錯，完全不用擔心被外界打擾。
💁♂️服務態度：酒店的工作人員真的超級熱情！辦理入住的時候，不僅很快就安排好了房間，還細心地給我介紹周邊好玩的地方和好吃的餐廳。入住期間，有什麼需求都能第一時間得到滿足。有一次我不小心把東西落在房間了，工作人員還幫忙保管，等我回去取的時候，特別貼心地跟我説別著急。退房的時候，還送了我鮮花餅作為伴手禮，真的太暖心了！
而且有專車接送到大理古城！！
這次在大理住的酒店，真的各方面都讓我超滿意！下次來大理，我肯定還選這兒 ！

感覺房間設施設備很齊全，衞生很乾凈，然後管家特別有禮貌，他們推薦吃的東西也非常的美味 房間面積也很寬敞前台特別的好，還幫忙抬行李有什麼需要也會及時的送，最主要網上的圖片和現實超出預期比網上好的多 ，非常的舒服，樓頂上的風景也很好，可以看到遠方的洱海和近景蒼山。發自內心的推薦他們家，我自己感覺真的很好，我在大理住過的最好的酒店，感覺他們家很值得推薦!
