Overall the stay and location was excellent. Very nearby access to the Railway stations and Lake side. The Room has wonderful views. The Owner was too kind and was too much helpful.

The apartment was nice and large. The bathroom in the master bedroom needs refurbishing and there were no chopsticks in the kitchen. Overall still nice, we slept very well; the view is great.

Room is quite old and lack of maintenance. I was locked in the bathroom because of broken lock for almost an hour. However they rushed to help me out after getting the message.

It is very close to Walmart and Erhai Park, one elevator per household is very safe, and the greenery in the community is also very good. I took my parents out for a trip and chose a homestay near Erhai Lake. The owner was very friendly and polite, the room was very clean, and Erhai Lake was right outside the window. There are also Erhai Park and Xingsheng Bridge nearby. It was a good stay and I was very satisfied!

The room is very unhygienic. There are black spots on the walls and tables. The sofa and curtains are very dirty. There is no clean place to sit. Only the bed is clean, but you can't put everything on the bed. It makes people feel uncomfortable.
