Hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. They go the extra mile to come over to carpark area to receive us and collect our luggages even when we arrive late at night at 9pm plus. They even collect our luggages and send us to carpark when we check out! Due to low peak season, they offer to upgrade us to a newly renovated room for free. Also comes with Great Lake view. Umbrella can be borrowed for free here. Their breakfast is nice and comes in just right portion, which we prefer since we eat less and prefer not to have wastage. Thank you for the great service during our stay here.

This was our first trip to Dali, and I am super glad I booked with Shuanglang 7 Fun for me and my wife. From the very start, Sue helped us to arrange pick up and drop from station. We felt very welcomed and the room honestly has the best view in all of Shuanglang, Erhai lake is just opposite. Amazing sound system and morning views, breakfast was also fantastic in the cafe downstairs, and the bed is super comfy, we just wanted to stay in all day! Once again, the view, amazing. Will always remember. Sue was also so friendly, giving us superb recommendations for dinner and moving around, she also packed breakfast for us on the day we left! We were really looked after well and treated like friends rather than guests. Will we stay here again next time? Absolutely!
