酒店很新，裝修味道很大很大很大……，有自助洗衣房（城堡酒店跟新世界酒店沒有自助洗衣，有收費的洗衣服務），喜來登還有一個讓我不理解的是電梯配置：2個客户電梯，2個員工電梯。這入住率跟員工比例成正比的意思嗎？

衞生環境：乾淨整潔，打掃的也非常乾淨
服務：入住時添加了Helen微信，高效解決問題，服務熱情，五星好評
早餐: 種類豐富，在別家目前沒吃到過壽司

聽説是7月份剛開業的酒店，體驗很棒
1️⃣ **位置**：步行5分鐘到地鐵，出門過馬路就是地鐵站
2️⃣ **服務**：提前聯繫確認需求，入住時主動幫忙拿行李； 我們一大早就到了酒店，本想寄存行李到中午再來辦理入住，前台小姐姐看我們帶着孩子當天又下了大雨不方便，很貼心的有空房就直接為我們辦理了。
3️⃣ **衞生**：每天打掃及時，毛巾和床單都很清爽；

這家是新開的酒店，所以評價很少。我們是夜裡一點入住的，在去哪網衹要看好的是他家的雙人間，我們是帶孩子去玩的，房間大並且138的床倆個人睡一點也不擠，最適合一家四口了。最應感謝的是大堂美女經理了，不僅為我們提供了房間升級（海景房）確實很比錯，直接能看到遊艇碼頭和音樂噴泉。可以説這個環境和價格在大連應該是性價比較高的了。

地理位置非常好，就在地鐵站一出來就是。服務態度也超級棒，遇到有什麼問題都是微笑解決，儘量滿足顧客的要求。因為是新開業的房間，各種設施也很新。下次去大連還會住這裏。
