"Standard hotel. Stayed 2 nights. Easy to get around as there is a bus hub in front and about 500 meters walk to the river. The hotel is quite old, traditional and clean as it could be. The best part for me is its location. It’s the tall building on the left, once you get out of the railway station. It was raining on the day I arrived, and I was not equipped with rain gear, but could still got away with a few hundred meters running. My room was on 13th floor, facing the river side. On a sunny day, the North Korea side is visible"

The soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great, which isn't typical for an older hotel, but it was acceptable. Hygiene: Overall hygiene was good, and cleaning was prompt. Environment: Fantastic! It's close to everything, boasts an unbeatable river view, and you can enjoy the Broken Bridge and the opposite bank without needing to buy a ticket."

What I really loved was the lounge where you can grab a drink in the evenings 🍷 – it has such an artistic vibe, perfect for amazing photos. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too! 👍"

Although the door wasn't broken, it wobbled precariously, making it feel like someone could open it from the outside at any moment, giving me no sense of security. "The hotel's location is great, right next to Wanda Plaza, and it's just a 5-6 minute walk to Antong Old Street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Taking a taxi to Duanqiao Bridge isn't far either. The hotel is relatively new, so the facilities and equipment are quite modern, and there's no lingering renovation smell. The breakfast selection is also quite generous. However, one thing really left a sour taste: for a room accommodating three people, there was only an option for breakfast for two. I thought since my company has a co-branded membership with Atour Group, I could use the complimentary breakfast vouchers. So, I signed up for the membership. But when I got to the front desk, I was told I couldn't use them because I hadn't booked the room through Atour's mini-program or app. I then asked if, as a member, I still couldn't get complimentary breakfast, and again, the answer was no. They told me I'd have to pay 99 RMB on the spot to purchase their quarterly membership card to use the breakfast vouchers included with it. Considering that this was still more cost-effective than buying breakfast for 48 RMB/day, I ended up purchasing their quarterly membership card. This was my first time staying at Atour, but such a membership service experience was truly disappointing…"

"Easy to reach, nearby to Dandong Railway station. Taxi fare is only 6 yuan. Walking distance to Yalu River waterfront. Less than 10 minutes walk to the popular broken bridge. Spacious room, clean and comfortable to stay. We stayed for three nights in this hotel. The second night our sleep was disturbed by a loud snorer in the next room. It was 2 am and we tried very hard to bear the loud snoring sound until 3am. We had no choice but to call up the front desk for a solution. Immediately the kind staff offered us another room to sleep in for that night. We appreciate her fast response to help us during the wee hours of the night. Breakfast served was great, sumptuous and value for money. Overall, I would recommend this ☺hotel."

"The hotel gave me a room with great view on the 22nd floor. Reception staff didn't speak much English but they tried hard to help by using translation software when needed. Breakfast had a lot of choice; the Chinese breakfast options were more and actually better than Western options, but very worth it to get breakfast here. The location is very convenient, super close to the train station and just a couple of blocks away from the broken bridge; the location makes it also very convenient to get didi cars quickly. Cleaning staff were amazing as well and very attentive to details. I asked for late check-out and they were very accommodating as well."

The location is on the outskirts of the city, within a 20-minute drive of attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas—quiet yet convenient. The rooms are spacious, each with a private bathroom. The kids especially love the children's room, which includes a media room, billiards room, and mahjong room. The dining room and kitchen are particularly spacious and beautifully designed! What I loved most were the large glass windows in the rooms, with sliding windows offering stunning views of the changing seasons—each season has its own unique beauty!"

We had a great stay at Wanda, first and foremost because it's very close to Andong Old Street, and everything around is incredibly convenient. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and there's a gym, swimming pool, restaurant, and coffee bar available. If I come back to Dandong, I'll definitely choose to stay here again."

"The view from the higher floors was amazing!!! You could see all of North Korea! Everyone at the hotel was kind. There was a staff member at the reception who could speak broken Japanese. They upgraded my room. There's a cafe in the lobby and a sauna in the hot springs. It's a little far from the station, but it's less than a 10 RMB taxi ride away. The windows were a little dirty, but that's unavoidable since it's on a high floor and is a common occurrence overseas. So it's not a negative point. The bathtub was broken, so the jacuzzi wasn't available. But I was happy just to be able to bathe in the tub. This is a divine hotel. Thank you!"
