Curry2We had a great time at this hotel! The service was beyond our expectations and we felt really taken care of. Ding helped us with our luggage when entering the hotel and helped us out with any questions. Thanks Ding!
The room had a great view, and i’m a fan of how the room doesn’t require you to enter the keycard, and it always knew when we entered the room to open the windows and let light in, even at night time it won’t open windows for privacy and instead automatically turn lights on, this kind of function is pretty special. When checking into the room we were given a fruit bowl and even a few drinks! And a sweet gift upon check-out as well. Very happy to visit this hotel and can’t wait to return to Dandong and stay here again next time.

Anonymous UserThe hotel facilities are brand new, and the staff are incredibly nice. Even the cleaning aunties warmly welcome you back next time! The bedding in the room was really comfortable – I hadn't been sleeping well due to an illness, but I slept soundly here. Highly recommend! They even gave me a souvenir when I checked out, and the fridge magnet is so pretty. If I go to Dandong again, this will definitely be my first choice. ❤️

D. ChoHotel needs deep cleaning especially shower stool, and they need to get rid of bad order in 13th floor hallway. Every morning I smelled residues of rotting corpses.
The room was OK, only the hallway in the morning which made me uncomfortable. Although they left the hallway window open every morning I had to hold my breath all the way to the elevator.
No comments on breakfast since I haven't eaten there.

Guest UserOur whole family went on a short trip during the May Day holiday and booked three rooms at this hotel, which I'd stayed at over ten years ago. The name changed from Andong Pavilion to Xin'an Dong. The rooms haven't changed much and are still clean and tidy. The hotel lobby and front desk are much smaller than before and don't feel as grand as they used to. The hygiene is still good. Since it was peak travel season, there were a lot of people, and the two elevators felt a bit crowded. Overall, it was pretty good.

Traveling during the May Day holiday, the hotel is clean and tidy, the service is warm, and snacks are given in the afternoon. The location is excellent and it is very close to the train station. I will choose here next time!

The hotel is very close to the railway station, 10 min walk to the promenade, Broken Bridge and Piers, there’s a small park next to the hotel with dancing fountains and illuminated street at night ( looks wow!), easy to reach restaurants, stores and shops, where you can buy goods produced in DPRK. Before talking to the receptionist , better get ready your phone translator if you’re not fluent in Chinese, they didn’t seem very friendly and hospitable, the house keeping lady was more hello-hi and smiling, helped me to find the dashboard in my room to switch the lights:). By the way , the toilet surprised me with warm mode and some more functions you’ll check by yourself ( especially ladies:)). Breakfast….even for Chinese locals and hotel rating it looked poor and not delicious.Perhaps, it’s only my opinion, but I was disappointed and left the hotel restaurant half hungry. The hotel room is quite cozy and spacious, the mattress is not soft , but comfy for sleeping.Recommend it for short stay, 2-3 days, but for budget travelers, it’s not the option. Happy journey!

This B&B left an excellent impression on me. First of all, the B&B environment is very elegant. The entire B&B is surrounded by green trees and flowers, creating a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. Whether it is the leisure area or the decoration in the room, it is very elegant. It is full of natural and harmonious atmosphere, making people feel like they are in a paradise far away from the hustle and bustle. Secondly, the room is clean, tidy and spacious, and it also has an outdoor balcony with outdoor tables and chairs. The room also provides hand-brewed coffee equipment. It was so relaxing to grind a cup of coffee on the terrace in the afternoon. The boss was very nice and gave us welcome fruits and snacks. I will come here again when the maple leaves are in season in September.

Guest UserI saw online that this hotel was only about 100 meters from the station, so I booked it right away. True to its word, I arrived within five minutes of getting off the train. Check-in was on the 8th floor, and Emma at the front desk was incredibly nice. She gave me a detailed rundown of the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. Below the 8th floor is a shopping mall with plenty of shopping and dining options, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby too. Perhaps because it was a holiday, there were a lot of cars, so parking wasn't very convenient. Other than that, everything else was great. Actually, parking is very convenient – there are staff right at the entrance; you just hand them your car and they'll park it for you. It's convenient for shopping, close to the river, and People's Coffee is just a short walk away.
