Excellent location in the heart of CBD. Huge Woolsworth store and restaurants within walking distance. Mattress was little too hard and pillows were flat n musty. Cab ride from airport was abt $35 and 20 mins away.

Found this hotel too basic not at all like the usual Hilton Hotel. However the staff at the reception (the French man can’t remember his name) was most helpful.

Worst 5 star hotel I've ever stayed in Worst Hilton. Not even worthy of being called 5 stars, but also 3 stars to die. The nearby fast economy hotels that my friends booked are better and cheaper than this Hilton. The sanitary conditions are very poor. As soon as you enter the door, there is a strange smell. The worst executive lounge I have been to in my 20 years travelling for work. The young woman serving guests in the executive lounge did not know what a lemon, lime and bitters was despite it being on their menu. She even asked me to give her instructions on how to make the drink. I just asked for a 'Fanta' and went on reviewing my work as I was busy. Perhaps the drink I requested was not common in her country of origin, and she was not confident about asking her supervisor (or Google) for help. I also stayed in the executive lounge for an hour and the same lady never bought out any food. The hot food section was already gone when I arrived and she spent the time doing unnesessary jobs, like bringing out more wine glasses that were not required. She also began cleaning up the lounge 15 minutes before the lounge closed, spraying the air with asthma-inducing chemicals. Do not bother getting an executive room for your colleagues or clientsat the Hilton in Darwin! They should have make sure that only their best staff serve the customers who are paying for premium services. The room was passable. It had a comfortable bed, and the other usual things any hotel room should have.

Celebrated our wedding anniversary. Special compliments to Dipesh who welcomed us warmly throughout our stay. Excellent location with shops & restaurants in close proximity. On the flipside, the buffet breakfast was less impressive with limited spread. Pillows were little flat n musty.
