The hotel is new and it has all the amenities you need. The staff is willing to help you and go for the extra mile for you, even they speak just a little bit English. Via wechat they send me a lot of extra information.
The bed is really comfy, the breakfast is great and also had great coffee in the morning!

The hotel is very beautiful and conveniently located to explore the amazing city. The owners are very friendly and helpful and provided great service. When we come back to Datong, we would stay here again.

Service starts with pre-arrival. I had planned my stay here from 30 May but arrived on 29 May. I was wondering what I should do with all my luggage. Communicated with the owner and they gladly picked up my luggage from the train station on 29 May, allowing me to peacefully enjoy climbing 恒山，roam around 悬空寺 and 应县木塔。On reaching the hotel on 30 May, the luggage was already placed in my room. Facilities were great, and amenities used were really good. Towels were fluffy and soft, which was a luxury usually seen in five star hotels. Located within walking distance of the main sights, the tranquil surroundings together with the courtyard setup really put me into a peaceful state after a busy day. The next day was 端午节, breakfast was an assortment of Shanxi delights, including 粽子. With my stomach filled, set out happily for 云冈石窟。Definitely a gem.

new homestay around datong old city, great location if you want to stroll around datong old city, they do provide a pick up and drop off service from stations. their owner was very warm and kind and gave really great informations. room was fairly big for the three of us and breakfast taste great. definitely coming back here when i visit datong again.

For us, it was a completely new experience. The room was on the -1 floor. Everything was unusual and interesting. It was just wonderful for one night. The staff was attentive. We even liked the Chinese breakfast. And the serving of delicious coffee was beyond praise, as it should be in a beautiful cup and saucer.

It’s super great! The boss and the boss lady are super nice (｡•̀ᴗ-)ok! I stayed at Wangyue, a quadruple room with very tasteful decoration! The breakfast was delicious and the room was great! Clean and warm, suitable for living with children, very convenient to go anywhere! Awesome!
